YPA Realty is the perfect balance between tough and charming. When you're making a big financial, personal and sometimes emotional decision, you need a company who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator and who is respected his/her peers. YPA meets all expectations. We have worked with him three times between 2019 and 2020.

YPA is a JOKE! Imagine you took a bunch of new comers from India with India business ethics and values and put them in an incompetent brokerage you would get YPA. I have no idea why anyone would want to deal with these frauds. Their business model is that they have the exam questions and answers they stole from UBC. The elderly man (Mr. Gohalwar) that teaches the course gets people that are writing the UBC exam to memorize a few questions each from the exam. Then they compile these questions and provide them to their students to cheat the exam. So you can imagine the quality of agent that comes out of this. Those cheaters then sometimes pass and they are incentivized by the teacher to join the YPA brokerage that is son operates for discounts etc. Many people have left this brokerage and it has a very questionable reputation in the community. I feel bad for the people that work with them and the consumers that get tricked into listing with YPA.
