YTO eBike / Lankeleisi e-bike

I recently purchased my Lankeleisi X3000 eBike from their Surrey store, and I have to say that the staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly in helping me find the perfect bike to meet my needs. After much consideration, I decided on the X3000 FAT tire 20in wheel model, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Compared to other eBike models, the X3000 is definitely a standout in terms of speed - it's impressively fast and powerful. Plus, the frame suspension is superior to what I've experienced on other bikes, making for an incredibly comfortable and smooth ride.

All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend the Lankeleisi X3000 to anyone in the market for an eBike. Thanks to the team at Lankeleisi for their great customer service and for providing such an outstanding product!

This is the worst company to deal with. I purchased 2 bikes close to 2 years ago and had alot of issues with the screen malfunctioning. At first they said they would mail me another one, as the bikes were under warranty, it took me complaining for close to a year to receive the screen. The key is now lost for the battery when a moving company moved the bikes, and now they are telling me to take it to a locksmith as they cannot help me. I spent over $4000 on two bikes. I would never purchase anything from them again, it is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Went to the Surrey shop to test ride the bike. Nice free delivery to Vancouver. The first bike had battery and frame alignment problems (couldn't unfold the bike). Called Michael and he dropped by the next day with a new battery. It didn't work. So he came back with a new bike. Very good customer service. Love riding the bike around Vancouver. Tried it in the snow. But becareful of black ice.

We bought two e bikes from this store, xt750 and es300, very reliable quality, never has any issue, my wife loves her step through es300,100km range with one full charge.

Bought 2 E-Bikes from Mike and have been very pleased with my purchases. They were very patient as I test drove 4 or 5 different bikes (I lost track). The value, warranty, free add-ons and friendly customer service was what drove me to the decision to save hundreds of dollars over high end "Brands" and give these a chance. I had bought 2 bikes 10 years before, each built overseas, and despite others criticisms I never had a complaint. I expect these to perform just as well and trust Mikes customers service if I should have a problem.

If your looking for an ELECTRIC BIKE, look no further. Located in Cloverdale, this warehouse has alot of selection, and Mike know what he's talking about! He'll lend you a bike to try out around the block, and give you a great price. They even have folding bikes! Check it out!

Bike is great Riding very smoothly And comfortable The most important thing is Customer service is very friendly.

The quality of the lankeleisi e bikes is really good. I got the G660 from here in June 2020. I ride the bike for more than 23,000 kms, but never had a single issue with the bike. I just change the worn-out breakpads and tires.

I bought my XT600 ebike in July 2020，somehow the battery（Panasonic）won't charge，I brought my bike to the shop，their mechanic did something that made the battery working properly however just over a night the same thing happened again，won't charge，I brought my bike back to the shop same day in the afternoon，and they exchanged me a new bike with a reasonable extra payment on it（Because a brand new model with a bigger battery and motor ）I am very happy.

Durable bike and fast delivery，I placed the order in 8: 30am and I received the bike 3pm. I never try any electric bicycles before，I love riding this G650 folding bike，It gives me a totally different experience. So much fun，Thank you.

The quality of the electric bicycles bought in March of this year was very good. Samsung's batteries and motors. The price is reasonable.excellent service. The accessories that I accidentally damaged are also replaced for free. Thank you very much for the service of this shop.

I received the best service from Michael! After receiving the wrong colour bike on Vancouver Island, Michael personally brought over the correct bike that afternoon so I could have my bike the same day. He made a special trip from Surrey to Nanaimo just so I could have my bike today. He went above and beyond and I'm very grateful.

Very light ebikes, and very friendly staff/owners. The bikes seem like high quality. We purchased this bike and are very happy with it. It has 21 gears and has no problem going up large hills! My wife loves it, great price too!

The store has inventory for all models.
I would spend hours to look and ride these powerful ebikes next time.
The staffs showed me patiently how to ride it with different modes.
The pedaling assistant mode is sweet for my wife to ride on hills. I guess there will be no sweat anymore on riding.lol
