All great except one critique is that I wish they would explain more about their classes on their website or classpass. Not all of the classes builds a sweat. The pilatese fusion class is a form correction class, reallly not a workout.but like their hot yoga and power class is really good.management please label the classes as light, medium or difficult.

This is a great little studio. I’ve been practicing here since the last century. So glad they survived the pandemic and are regaining momentum. Excellent teachers and staff. Special shoutout to Ariadne at the front desk for extra help with my membership.

It was my first experience doing hot yoga at YYoga with instructor Aaliya through ClassPass. I have done hot yoga in the past, but I had a positive experience doing things at my own pace as a beginner in a new environment. The studio was clean and the staff were friendly. I’m looking forward to checking it out again!

The place is extraordinary. Well organized and extremally profesional
The best? The teachers
I have taken classes with Jason and Emily and they are both superb and with very different styles but equally great techers
Why? Jason is very very knowlejable and the exercices are strong enough but also they have soul. Obviously exercises” per se” can not have soul but if the teacher has it, as Jason does, then this spirutual depth& tenderness is reflected. Also the way he explains execices is crystal clear. Join his classes
Emily is a fantastic teacher for pilates: she is very descriptive of every movement we needto do in order to perform exercices well. She follows a repetitive pattern but -because of her pedagogical abilities- to teach exercices are never boring and they are always very challengingDo not miss her classes

Very rude and confusing customer service approach. They lectured me about the start time of the class (after my yoga class where I was supposed to I stress and relax) after communicating contradictory rules about the on time policies.

Very much love this place! Receptionists are nice, they even start to remember your name after regular visits and the studio is beautiful. The view is facing a mountain and that is very grounding for me Yoga classes are crowded, but that's quite cozy and it never smells bad like in Oxygen yoga studio that I've been to.
