Amazing hobby shop. Staff are friendly and their prices can't be beat! I come here frequently to buy Pokemon products. They also have a reward system if you sign up an account with them. Hoping they start selling single Pokemon cards soon!

Love these guys. Prices are around 10% cheaper than most places I have found for accessories and what not for my collection.

Ordered from here and the cards got here quickly and undamaged. The low prices for the Basketball cards will have me purchasing more in the future aswell as I purchased some yesterday.

I enjoy supporting small businesses, and my first operations walking into their store was awesome! They had a lot of variety and I actually came all the way from Vancouver Island to check out their store, I ended up purchasing a Pokémon Charizard premium box for $145.00 what was a little over market value but only $20.00 but I was still excited to purchase it, I got home and I looked at my receipt and I realize they charged me $47.00 for tax? And it got me thinking PST is 7% and GST 5% making the legal sales tax 12% but they charged me $50.00 for taxes?

My son loves their selection of Pokémon TCG boxes! We found some great deals during Christmas shopping season.

I’ve ordered quite a few times and always had a great experience, they always have deals running on top of their already low prices. Their customer service team is also very helpful and actually helped me through an issue that took days, they were super polite and helpful and made sure to see the problem through till it was solved. This is my go to place to order any Pokémon TCG products, they have the best prices and service and shipping is pretty quick to Ontario.

I bought a retail box of upper deck series 1 2021-2022 and every single card was damaged. Corners were all severely screwed up and the edges of the cards were scratched up and white.

I haven't been to the store itself, but I've ordered online a few times. Their prices are great, they have excellent shipping, and good communication.no hesitation to buy from them again in the future!

So hard to find a card shop that sells pokemon cards at retail price and isn't a big chain store! This place is great!

I went for the first time last wednesday and it was an amazing experience. Everyone working there is super knowledgeable and friendly and accepting of people who are complete newbies like myself. Even the regulars are awesome, one even spent hours with me and lent me a YuGiOh deck to play with against him while I was learning the ropes. I will definitely be coming back here!

Hello all! I’ve ordered twice from Zephyr now. And I can’t believe how accommodating they’ve been. Their website is so easy to manage and kept me updated on my purchases. It took 9 days for my first order to arrive. I live in Ontario… amazing! I can’t wait to receive my next order! Thank you so much Zephyr.

Bought 2 bundles, on Thursday last week, said should be shipped in 1-2 business days, live locally, currently almost a week later no updates and no info about the item. Contacted Canada post and they have no idea where the item is. Don't buy from this store online, just pick up or purchase instore. Stupid to move all inventory online. Not impressed 1 bit

So polite and friendly all of the cards are in good condition and so much variety of products, I really recommend this to anyone who likes collecting cards or likes stuff like this.

I've ordered online several times without issue, and was finally there yesterday to check out the store and pickup some items. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and prices were great. Definitely one of the best stores around to pick up cards (mtg/pokemon/sports) from! Highly recommended!

Pre-ordered some products in advance during their raffle in hopes of getting it before/on release day as we had an opening party planned.

Items were not shipped out until release day. Have been watching the order status the whole week and even tried to contact them to change it to in store pick up without any success.

Now I am going to be the only one watching all my friends open packs while I play with my thumbs. If you are looking for products on release day, I wouldn't recommend pre-ordering from them.

Went to pick up a pokemon booster box, it was a great deal, the staff member who served me was very nice and knowledgeable. And I was also able to use instore purchases toward my online account points. Great store for any collectors to check out.

I ordered this from Zephyr last Monday. And it came in today. Happy with short wait time. Couldn’t find them anywhere besides people trying to sell online for a profit where I live. The prices were very good on their website. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Very competitive prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and lots of different inventory. I would highly recommend this place. It is by far my favourite card shop to go to.

Pick up some pokemon cards here for Grandson, very well stocked for pokemon and other card games.

Nice place, I appreciate the measures they took in regards to the pandemic. There's another card store in Surrey, but they tend to overprice everything. While there are some things above market price, it's not as egregious as other places, and likely the cost of buying and selling in the first place. They have a lot of sleeves at decent prices too, and they actually have decent binders which I haven't seen elsewhere.

They also gave me a free Battle Styles pack, which was really nice of them. Very pleasant place, helpful people too. Much more welcoming than other card stores. Highly recommend paying them a visit, I wouldn't mind paying a bit over standard price, especially when big name stores like Gamestop are doing it at far higher prices despite being a large company.

This place is a great local store to support. They have really fair pricing on everything and they are not here for the scalpers. They are for the true card collector or game lover. Their selection is outstanding. They are also amazing with their customer service. So quick to reply and quick with solutions. So friendly. You must check them out if you are in the lower mainland. They are worth the drive!

I stopped by the store for the first time today and it was a very positive experience. The staff are super friendly, and they have alot of cool stuff. Bad business practices. I called and asked if they had any more of a certain product left, and they refused to disclose how many they had or if they still had it. I drove 1.5 hours just to find that they were out of stock. I can’t come up with any reasonable point for refusing to disclose product information, other than to get you in the store anyway to buy something. Too bad for them, I will never give them any business ever again.

Their website also sucks because you can’t even filter out out of stock items and so you are forced to scroll through old product.

Got back into trading cards this year and I found out about this place from my cousin.

Awesome little store! They have a great selection of Pokemon/Magic/Sports cards and they also have accessories you can use alongside your collection.

Prices are great! I believe they are great fair price!

They recently helped me out with a preorder issue, and I'd like to happily say they were very understanding and I was able to obtain my pre-order.

Better prices than Stronghold but super out of the way location.

If this store was in Vancouver/Burnaby it would be an absolute gem.

Dropped by to receive my pre-ordered Strixhaven Set Booster Box along with some other accessories I needed. Super awesome experience as a first time customer. Spacious, organized, strict covid protocols, and professional and friendly employee. Make sure to give the store a call if you want an item on their website that is stated as sold out - when I dropped by I saw a lot of things in stock but shown as sold out on their website like the playmats

Finally a shop with fair prices. Popular product sells out fast but sometimes they have raffles for these items. They have a reward points program on the website, too. Great little store.

Amazing store for Trading card games! The prices are some of the most reasonable in the market and the staff are kind and quick to respond. I've ordered 3 going on 4 shipments from this store with no issues. I once had a question about delivery which was quickly addressed. I will continue to buy from this fantastic business.

Friendly atmosphere will shop here again. Not too happy shining fates etb is $99 meanwhile other stores selling alot cheaper for $65-75 come on man.

This place "Zephyr Epic" is located in heart of surrey, a true hidden gem. The name, what it's about? Well, I still don't know! But I do so far, this place is as good as it gets from a business, collector, to a simple one-time consumer perspective. The business module is truly balanced, and a very difficult, under praised skill to do during this mind blowing time of Pokémon and other card collecting hobbies of 2020/2021.

The store manager Evan - to team staff Tanner & Jay are all so effective and helpful during my first interaction and has always been so consistent in maintaining quality customer service ensuring standards are met from both business to customer's point of view. When shopping here, orders placed are "orders placed" - they will get ful-filled in a timely manner, rest assured, you WILL be taken care of and all you need to do is click of a button and press "check out"; meanwhile, while others during this epidemic time may ful-fill partial orders with call backs of "sorry inventory error, we don't have that" to long waits of no responses and wondering if ever you will get your order, questioning yourself "should I continue to wait? " or "should i cancel? " *with due respect to ALL business doing their best for meet the heavily traffic of customer needs.

First time coming here. Had a bad experience here, staff yelled me by trying to buy a (limited to one per customer) product that they were selling, he thought I came in the day before and trying to purchase it again. Drove 45 mins to get told I was unable to purchase what I wanted.

I collected Pokemon cards a long time ago, and had questions about getting back into it. I didn't get his name, but the staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly! Good prices too.

Not a great first experience.

Went in (with a friend) to purchase an etb and for the vivid voltage release kit today. However, upon entry I was mistaken by the only employee at the shop and was deemed to be a past customer with without proof or hesitation. Guy became instantly agitated, and started ranting at us after a 45 minute drive just to check this out as it was referred to by us by our local group of pokemon collectors.

Plus they told us that certain goods were out of stock (although i could clearly see them in the shelf, and was confirmed that another buyer was able to pick it up after my visit), suppose to be fcfs but guess not.

1/5 would not visit again as similar pricing could be found at hobbiesville for example.

Made a mistake by purchasing the wrong item. I called and they refunded me without any problem. I recommend this place 100%. Super friendly, super quick to response. Thank you again and I will buy from you for sure!

A+ for customer service, called to inquire about an order placed almost 2 weeks ago that had not shipped out, without me even asking for a refund they apologized profusely and refunded me the complete amount as well as still sending out the order express post (which I would have still been ok with paying the full amount). When you dont have to ask and they just do that for you, thats outstanding customer service! Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Possibly the best prices in the lower mainland.it’s tough to compete with places like magic stronghold, but zephyr epics low prices and shipping policy (free after $50) make them a great option.

The absolute best shopping experience I have ever had. I used to shop at general stores for my booster pack fix, but I would recommend this place above anything else. I’ve been here a few times since finding it about a month ago. Great selection, better prices than anything else nearby and overall great customer service. Owner is friendly, knowledgeable and super fast to reply to any email. Would highly recommend!

Preordered RNA planeswalker packs from them, they left me a message saying they will try their best to deliver on release date. Boom shipped out on Thursday with Canada Post and tried to deliver on Friday (release day). Also ordered a box on Thursday 12: 30PM because my buddies and I wanted to play sealed on RMA, arrived at post office next day 11AM (release day).

Unless the booster box been resealed (scam), I will buy only from this place from now on.

Also have points system like other retailers, $500 for $5 off.

Edit: They have the best price compared to other collectibles.
