Zimmer Wheaton GMC Buick

Service dept is a joke Had my truck go in. Told me what it needed. They said the ordered all the parts. 11 weeks later called and told me parts were there. Shipped the truck back out to them. They only put 1 part in. They didn’t even order the rest. After they got part in they called and told me it needed a particular filter. That was told to me it needed 11 weeks ago. They said there is no stock and they can’t find one. I made one call and another dealer told me where all the dealerships that had them were. So we shipped the truck to red deer to get it fixed. 4000 km later the same part that the dealership fixed first broke again. Called the dealer and they just told me to get it fixed somewhere else. The service manger is a complete joke.

Amazing experience here. Go see the crew at Zimmer for excellent service and a great product. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Love going there for the first year of free oil changes with a new car purchase!

Bought a truck here, Brandon the sales guy was awesome and easy to deal with! There was none of that smoke and mirrors stuff that other dealerships pull! Will definitely come back when I need another truck

They found a bolt I needed and was able to order it in. But 25$ for it? Crazy. Went to get an oil change at a different location and the mechanics have them there for free.

Went in today to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new/used vehicle. No one at reception on the sales floor stood around like idiots for almost 10 minutes until a sales guy showed up. Told us to sell the truck privately they wouldn't even bother with an appraisal and then at that point we weren't feeling compelled to stay around to look for something new nor was the sales guy trying to keep us as customers. We ended up driving over to Dearborn Ford spent three hours there working on the purchase of a new vehicle and took home a new Escape. At least Ford wanted to work with us and treated us like customers. I'm a proud Chevrolet customer and own a 2022 Trailboss LTD but would not recommend this dealership at all, drive to Merritt the staff there treat you like humans and would appreciate your patronage far more than these guys.

AMAZING experience with Brandon. My parents bough their vehicles with him and when it came time for me to buy my own they suggested him. Couldn't have been a better experience, he treated me with respect and really explained everything to me. Amazing guy and amazing at his job.

I tried to book an appointment for over a week. I was transferred to service several times with no answer, left my name and number twice. Poor customer service without even getting an appointment.

To busy to talk to customers. Bought a used vehicle from these guys poor serves. Two thumbs down.

Had some issues with my GMC Sierra while on vacation with my family. Expecting a major disruption to our trip, I called Zimmer Wheaton. James the Service Manager fit me in right away, hooked me up with a loaner vehicle, and their service dept.completed the repairs in considerably less time than I expected. Best customer service of any dealership I’ve been to.

Bought a 2019 Chevrolet spark, was listed for 14000 but the slick salesman and financial guy took me for a bit of a ride with the paperwork and ended up with a loan twice the price if the car and at 9 percent.be careful! Bc has a no return policy on used cars. I should have read the contract I instead of blindly signing as they made me feel it was my only choice.

My feeling is that this dealer is dishonest in their sales operations. I had inquired Wednesday about a used truck in my price range that had been listed, I received a call back mid Thursday to tell me it was just sold a half hour ago and they could give me a good deal on a new one. I declined. Then some time later I notice the same truck listed. This time I had my wife call, and surprise! They told her the same just sold a half hour ago story. I guess that's why the "used vehicle" industry continues to have a bad rap and leave a disappointing experience for most.

A totally top notch experience at Zimmer Wheaton! Adam went above and beyond to get me into my vehicle at a price point I felt was fair and even included a few extras. I highly recommend anyone needing a vehicle to go see Adam at Zimmer Wheaton! Thanks again guys.

I had a horrible encounter with some gentleman by the name of Doug there who was actually quite rude and hung up on me during our phone call. I can tell you I wont be telling any of my friends to buy from this dealership based off that experience alone.

The tires on the truck were smaller than that of GMC standards yet the spare was the correct size. We realize that you helping us correct this a year later, was pretty awesome! Hats off to Mike Pollock!

Everyone at Zimmer Wheaton from the sales staff right down to administration was superb. I usually very much dislike car shopping, but this was a different experience for me. Brian Venier went above and beyond to listen to my needs and make sure i was happy with my purchase. It was terrible to be honest. It was poor service and even worse pricing. They charged me almost twice what Smith Chevrolet did for a diagnosis. 183$ for the exact same diagnosis that smith Chevrolet did 6 months ago that cost me 90$. So I would say the place is a huge rip off in my opinion, Would not recommend for anything.

The customer service we received from Mike Pollock was absolutely the best. He listened to our wants in regards to the truck we were inquiring about. The fact that we live in vic didn't matter. The whole deal was done by phone and email. Mike followed thru on all our inquiries. The truck was delivered to us in vanc by Mike. We were on route from Cgy to Van and had DEF issues arise. We stopped here and Kevin K one of the Service advisors helped us, He was very accommodating and was able to fit us in right away. They identified the issue and had it resolved quickly under warranty. Kevin was knowledgable, polite and very professional.
We were back on the road in no time!
