Lovely salon and people. There is a booking option for silent vs chatting services. Raven did an excellent job on my hair - she was the first stylist I’ve ever had to ask if I want the hair all the same length when pushed in front of the shoulders. I’d never considered it before but wow, this made a HUGE difference and looks so much better! She’s a very thoughtful and talented stylist, I recommend.

Andie at zoom is amazing! I’ve had two cuts and a colour by her and my hair has never looked better. The salon clearly takes their training seriously. I have curly/wavy, thick and long hair and I was wonderfully pleased to hear that they all recently received their curly cuts training. I’m already looking forward to my next cut:)

She really took the time to pay attention to my needs and concerns and provided valuable feedback so I had a better idea of the final result - as someone who is very anxious and self-conscious about stuff like this, I greatly appreciated all of it! Beautiful ambience and a very clean space!

She asked the right questions about what I wanted and listened carefully before confidently giving me one of the best haircuts I have ever received. The natural wavy texture of my hair is really showcased by the cut she gave me, which I like a lot. It was my first time at this salon, and I can definitely say that based on my experience I can recommend it to others and I will be back for regular cuts.

I had an appointment with Sayge and she did an amazing job with my hair. I had super long hair since I hadn't cut it since the beginning of the pandemic. It was dry and damaged and I wasn't sure what to do with it. She answered all my questions knowledgably and helped me find a hairstyle that would frame my face and lengthen my neck. I’ve been coming to Lindsey for my haircuts and bleach-outs for close to three years. Her calm and easy going demeanour puts a smile on my face and I always leave Zoom a happier person. She is an expert when it’s comes to both cutting and colour and I always know I’m in good hands when I come see her at Zoom.

I went to get full head of highlights on my brown hair, i wanted rare white strands all over my hair, i spent 220$ and left with my hair looking the same as it did before my appointment except she faded the color i had before coming to her, the stylist agreed to re-do it for free, i ended up with big spots of blonde at the top so my hair looks almost completely blonde and the under pieces still brown which is not what i wanted. All the other salons I've been to all my life always understood what i meant by highlights but not this one.

Natalia runs an amazing business. I always leave her salon feeling beautiful and pampered. Natalia takes the time to educate me on how to take care of my hair. Quality salon with quality stylists. Thank you Natalia for the amazing cut, colour and style.

This is such a friendly experience, well worth a visit. I have never had so many compliments on my hair as I do when I've visited Zoom. Everyone makes you feel welcome and the prices for the experience are very reasonable.

Always a good experience. Even during COVID. No more lovely tea for now, but we still get nice scalp massages and the stylists are great.

Totally loved my first experience here! Athlea was super knowledgeable and very chill and I finally got to spend time some quality lap time with the local celebrity Zoro. A tad pricier but definitely worth it. Will come back again.:)

As a hijabi it is very hard to find a salon that caters to my needs and I just found out one of my friends became a hairstylist at this studio.

Jenelle made the environment very welcoming and comfortable for me and I am thoroughly satisfied with the cut she gave me.

Ivy did a great job bleaching and dying my hair and most importantly she made me feel comfortable and welcomed however the blow-out that I received was not great it was by a new worker Im pretty sure but was still for the money I paid I expected a better blowout

I have been going to Zoom for the past 2 years and I have since moved downtown Vancouver and still make the trek to Zoom because I've always left ecstatic with my hair. I've seen 3 different stylists (Natalia, Raven and Jeffery) and would gamble on being completely stoked with the cut any stylist at Zoom would have to offer. It is worth every penny and worth the drive/transit for me to come here. They don't just cut and style your hair, they also give advice about how to achieve salon-level hairstyles at home and how to properly look after your own hair (customized to you and your hair type). I wish I felt as carefully looked after at my own doctor as I do at Zoom. You guys are next level

Lindsay is a mind-reader and an artist. Consistently great haircuts from her and other stylists at Zoom.

Zoom was my go to place to get a haircut before I moved to SF. Natalia is amazing and has the talent and style that I can trust to just do whatever she thinks is best - I always get something slightly different and it always looks great. Being greeted by Zoro (the dog) is always a nice bonus too. I hope to drop in for a haircut next time I’m in Vancouver.

Amazing experience. The stylist was kind and professional. I showed her a few pictures of what I want my hair to look like. Before she began cutting my hair she walked me through the process step by step. With the little hair I had left from a botched pixie cut, she cut and styled my hair to my liking. Thank you so much! The best hair salon in New West.actually maybe the whole lower mainland! My husband and I have been going to Raven and Jeffery for years. We have been continually impressed by their the innovation and talent. Plus the vibes in the salon are incredible. Highly recommend

Overall it was a great experience. The price was great, the environment was friendly, the staff are all nice and positive people! The stylist I had was Natalia, and she was absolutely wonderful! Natalia did a phenomenal job with my hair coloring. She evened out my natural dark brown almost black hair, and added a cool ashy, gray/brown tone to my ends. In the process Natalia was very kind and patient with helping me decide what tones would look best on me.

I ️ Zoom! The entire experience as amazing from beginning to end. When you arrive you’re greeted by a friendly receptionist, given a amazing cup of coffee while you connect with your hairstylist and you can literally feel the happy, quality stylists in this salon. I see Raven every 3-4 months because she is super fun to talk to, is great with creating a natural look for my curls and my hair has never been healthier or looked better — in my entire life! I highly recommend this salon to everyone. 10/10

The minute I walked in staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved getting my hair cut by Natalia. Very knowledgeable with hair types and the products that would complement my hair and the look I was going for. Listened to what I wanted and delivered! Will definitely be going again and recommending to friends.

Have only been here twice as I don't get my hair cut often, but both times Lindsey has left my hair looking better than it ever did at previous salons. She also taught me how to style it, which no one has offered to do before. She's great!

My stylist Ivy was super great and I'm very happy with my results. I got a silver balayage done, and she ensured that my personal needs were met, while also providing her professional input on what would look best. Very pleasant atmosphere, and conversations were fun. Definitely plan on coming again in the future!
