Really didn't want to give a store I've been shopping in for decades a poor review, but WOW! Was in there yesterday, and bought 4 used CDs. Got them all the way home and found that only 1 was what it was supposed to be - 1 had no CD in it, 1 had a completely wrong CD in it, and 1 was the right artist but wrong CD. Ultimately, with the price of gas, it isn't worth taking them back and arguing over them. Won't ever be shopping there again that I'm not checking every case carefully.

Diverse and well organized selection of vinyl and CD's, used and new. Collector vinyl has descriptive labeling and is competitively priced. Posters, too. Turntable/stereo repair expert in the back is a bonus.

A pressed vinyl Mecca for enlightened audiophiles. Great staff and fabulous selection make this a must visit destination.

This place is a Kitsilano legend. When I was 13 years old I traded Rancid - And Out Come The Wolves for Bon Jovi - Cross Roads. Nothing against Bon Jovi, but I had to find some other CD’s to trade to get that Rancid album back. I love this place, despite letting me trade Rancid for Bon Jovi

Super knowledgeable staff and really friendly too. Spent about 30 minutes looking through records and found a wide selection. Prices are on par with modern vinyl and they have good bargain bins to find some lesser known artists (and even a few well known artist's lesser known works)

5 stars for the selection and prices, found some absolute gems that I've been looking for for a while but snarky and rude employees knocked off a star for me. They seem bothered to answer questions or hold records at the front while you continue to look but overall happy with what I walked out with!

Great selection and prices for a hole in the wall shop. Was a bit cluttered but had the goods to warrant a definite return visit.

Awesome old building and love the set up but very unorganized and stuck up, overall bad vibes from the employee's. Find a different job if your so crusty. Cheers.

Old school record shop. One of the oldest in Vancouver. Great selection of new and used vinyl. Even a 99cent section for cd and vinyl. Well worth a browse when on 4th ave. Ive been shopping here for almost 20 years.

Visited today from the Sunshine Coast and purchased 17 used albums and a couple of new Rammstein albums. My daughter and I had a blast, and I spent 2 hours going through the many vinyl records. Great selection and great quality. Pricing was very fair and on par with other stores, including online stores such as discogs. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in town. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

Simply the BEST record store in Vancouver! The owner of the store really loves and knows his music. The records he sells are reasonably priced and graded appropriately. If you love music, go to Zulu Records!

We adore coming to this place to find gems, you may get a good set of CDs at amazing prices. They also have cassettes and records. The service is outstanding, love it and recommend it. Plus it is located in the heart of lovely Kits. Do not miss it!

Old world music charm, great place for vintage vinyl hunters. Is there another place like this in Vancouver?

Staff helped me find a couple records I couldn't find for the life of me. Had a great time flipping through records for 30 minutes, some.great electronic records I was tempted to buy for myself.will be back after Christmas to do so!

Lots of great selection. Friendly and helpful staff. The building needs some love, last time i was here there were tarps on some of the record bins, as the roof was leaking.: (

Huge selection of new, used and collector's vinyl records. They also have CDs. You can find some real gems here. Pricing may not be the best on town though (although they do have special sales on throughout the year, like Black Friday).

Tried to buy a record that was listed for sale. The salesperson refused to sell it to me as it would have required him to move something to get to it.

Been goin here forever, great selection of CDs and vinyl though I wish there was more of a metal and cassette selection. (I can understand why there isn't tho)
