I found this business to be locking in management skills and their ability to resolve customer issues and maintain an appointment schedule was a challenge for their service staff they were continually frustrated and their technical team could not resolve an issue like repairing a tire proper as well their hours of operations did not mean the needs of the customer they do not live up to the expectations that the website outlines I had flat tires weekly as their technical team could not crack the problem as required leaving me to resolve the issue myself and absorb the costs please consider this before doing business with this business as they do not promote the success of their customers attempting to add additional cost and charges an interfere with the customer's business this is unfortunate as the company has some potential I would not recommend doing business with them as there are other options like evil rentals for business or now with government grants purchasing bikes and necessary insurance is another option they also continually harass8 me for payments even though I kept my account in good standing and follow their policies which they seem to change to benefit themselves

A few days ago I visited ZYGG bike and there was a spark in their warehouse. I did not pay much attention but just after a few minutes there was a battery burst so large that the battery could have burned the entire warehouse. In this regard, I would like to convey that your safety is of the utmost importance. If you are planning to rent an E-bike from ZYGG or anywhere else, please think 100 times before renting. Imagine what would have happened if you had been riding your bike with the battery in it. They will also charge a large fee from your deposit if anything happens to their electric bicycle or battery.

My workplace offered a free 1-week trial of Zygg and my friend and I had so much fun that we kept the bikes for two more months. I live a 1 hour drive from work and it would take me the same amount of time to bike, plus it was way more enjoyable! My friend's tire went flat one day and the team at Zygg replaced it immediately. The Zygg team has done an awesome job at making the process low barrier, while also being highly responsive and flexible! I would highly recommend renting a bike from Zygg.

Had a great time for a couple months on my work commute with my rental without issue. Staff were kind and responsive. As a hot tip, test all the keys you receive when you pick-up the bike as I never used the spare so didn't realize it didn't work until I was returning the bike. Turns out it was not one of their keys at all so may have been that a previous renter lost the key and returned a fake replacement. Staff were understanding about this but best to avoid the confusion.

Such a great program for those who want to try an ebike! Staff are responsive and super friendly, and the bikes are great quality. The delivery person was also super helpful and knowledgeable:)

Don't take these bikes. When you will return this they will surely deduct money from your deposit. They have many excuses like sometimes is bend, this part not on place. Not happy from theri service. Even Vancouver staff is not cooperative. Very bad experience

I would recommend Zygg to anyone who wants to get on an ebike. Ive used two classes of bike from Zygg and both worked great.

More importantly the service you get from the team (particularly Jeffrey) is exceptional. Scheduling getting your bike, any maintenance needed, any email questions you have, all get to a knowledgable and helpful person, not just some bot or ignored inbox.

The bikes, and the Vancouver zygg team do a great job, 10/10 recommend

The bike is really good but I really didn't like the location they said that tey were gonna do delivering soon
