The way the management talks to a client is a bizarre as if we are planning to rent for free - the place is clean nice and tidy - it’s just that the customer service is really bad by the top management -

Brand new Apts, beautiful inside. Some units that are left no one has lived in. Washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, microwave and stove.

The management company, McCor Managemen has been so great to deal with! The communication has been consistent and intentional, and I was realpy impressed with all personnel I've spoke with, most of all Louise Taylor. She was able to respond to concerns and proactively find solutions to bumps that arose while occupancy was granted on this brand new building.
The apartments are beautiful and have a lot of touches that you wouldn't see in a rental unit, like taller walls, high quality blinds and higher end appliances, and soft close drawers!
The walk closet is massive and provides a significant amount of storage space. It's a 3 storey walk up, but the units on the main floor should be easily accessed for anyone with mobility concerns.
The area is charming, has a lit of mature trees and a large park one street over.
