Older building. One of the first condos in Winnipeg. But the building is kept up to date with excellent custodial staff. And everyone I've met there is friendly.

It’s a great place I love how they take care of everthing and last year they had a party it was great we’ll love to come back hopefully they make it so you can rent part of the building as if you want to rent you have look for someone who is renting and that’s very rare that’s the only reson why it’s a 4 star other then that they a a great pool and gym and have a good one

This is where I live and it is a very nice place needs a little maintenance but other then that it is a nice place to live
