Called them to see what they would give me for my 2021 kodiak. 700 mint condition and they Insulted me with a 4500 tread value I know they need to make money but to give me 4500 for a bike they will sell for 10000 or more is a bit insane

It was crowded, but the staff are friendly. I went in hoping for some motorcycle gear, they didn't have much at all

I have had the pleasure of dealing with G Bourque parts staff since buy a usedKawasaki Voyager last October. The staff have always been pleasant, helpful and knowledgable.

If they do not have the part in stock, they can order it and it usually arrives within two business days. Their prices are generally better than any online store and you get personal service.

I recently went to look at a new helmet and the staff in that department knew their stuff hands down. Again, pricing on apparel is as good or better than online stores.

I am looking forward to having my bike serviced there this year.

Purchased a nice shoei helmet, some gloves, footwear and a great riding jacket. The woman that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I certainly would recommend checking this business out.

I've shopped there for over 15 years, getting most of my motorcycle gear and supplies there. Knowledgeable, friendly staff that don't act pushy for a sale - they've gone out of their way to ensure the products and services fit my needs. Excellent prices too - most competitive in Moncton and even comparable to online sellers like Fortnine and Amazon.

Very disappointed in the today when picking up my rim that i waited seven months for. I was told by the parts counter in December it would be in by late February and i just got it in mid July. They wouldn't even squeeze me in to mount the tire to the rim. This was my go to place but after the 7 months of terrible customer service in there parts department i wont be going back.

Thanks to Eugene and Tina for the great service. They were attentive and very personable and gave me a great experience while picking my machine and gear. I'll be back!

Just had a rear tire swapped for my 2005 Kawasaki Concours. I brought them the rim and they replaced the tire the same day. They managed to get me a better deal on a tire than I was about to buy online. Staff is great to deal with.

Placed an online order, I guess their systems aren't integrated well for online ordering because after receiving a phone call saying my part was ready for pick up, the staff couldn't actuallt find my order, and told me there was nothing under my name. It took some calling back and forth and waiting around about 20 minutes until they located it. Happy they found it- but internet orders may need to be integrated into systems better.

Good prices and staff is always willing to help with products or providing information on the installation of parts that I buy there for my bike. They also have good prices.

Manager was very rude and I will not be going back here! I went for a tire for my motorcycle and he must have been having a bad day because it was terrible customer service. Won't be back

Somehow when I can't find part for my Yamaha anywhere else, theses guys always have what I need.

Sales staff need to listen to their customers was going to buy a 2021 cfmoto 600 cforce after 3 days of waiting for a reply on financing I called and he said they are trying another company when I told them to let me know before trying I know I'm approved with you don't listen you lose a sale so maybe you should pay attention to what your customers are saying

G Bourque is probably one of the best places to purchase parts in the area. On my last visit, they didn't sell the item I needed but they told me who did and because of their help, they saved me a lot of frustration in trying to locate the part I needed. Big thank you to the parts counter staff.

Great service, great deals, overall experience and they went out of there way to store something for us overnight.they don’t show up whit unexpected surprise there honest.

No prices on any of the bikes as I was told its because there are so many deals from day to day they couldn't keep track and no wiggle room to negotiate a better deal. You'd think they would give you a deal when you spend. 15000 bucks or more. A lot more for most of the stuff they sell.

Need a better sign to tell people the part department is down stairs.while i was there another person did the same as me go up stairs looking for Parts.but very nice workers dont mind helping at all evenwith something they dont sell

Took time off work to go get parts, website says 8am. I get there doors locked sign says 9! But yet your serving people outside unloading bikes? Guess I'll take my money to rally moto at least they open when they say they are not have to waste my time nor my employers time. Extremely trigger by this.

I have made several purchases over the years, including a new arctic cat and two helmets last summer. Karine is the best to deal with for any gear needs, she is very helpful finding sizes and brands that work. No problem ordering anything that is not in stock.

Terrible service. Waited two weeks for a tie rod end, when they had one on the showroom floor. Like other dealers they could of pulled it off a new bike to get a costumer out the door smiling. Instead, since I didnt buy the bike there they wouldn't.

Sales manager bullied his salesman in front of me. Also insulted my looks.not sure why. Not a good company to support. Please take your business elsewhere.

Sales Manager/Finance Manager insulted me to my face. He was also very condescending to his salesman who was very polite and helpful to me. Do not support this business who encourages bullying in the workplace. I will never buy from this dealership. Go to Rallye Motoplex down the road. Amazing service, I am about to purchase my third ATV from them and they have been nothing but helpful. Please do not support someone who acts like this when put in a position of power. Very, very disappointed in the way business is conducted at this business.

Terrible Service. Finance Manager was condescending to his salesman to the point that I felt bad and embarrassed for him. Finance manager took one look at me and I quote, said "I do not want your business". I was ready to buy a machine today. Do not support this business as long as this manager steals sales from his employees and embarrasses them in front of customers. Dear Mr. Salesman if you read this I am terribly sorry my looks put you in that situation. I would recommend going to work for Motoplex, where I received much better service and respect. The managers are also friends with their salesman. Please do not support companies that are run like this. This is what causes mental health issues in the workplace.

When the staff member helping me get a estimate on a tire change, completely stopped emailing me. I had to go somewhere else because to me that is unprofessional. In my opinion bad communication and service by one person.

Awesome spot! Friendly and prompt staff. Kevin and the boys can fix whatever random problem I have on my bikes anytime. Their rates, waiting times and product prices are all great. The parts, clothing and sales teams are always polite and professional as well, helping you get what you need and don't push you for sales uncomfortably. Highly reccommend!

As always, they had a good selection of the product I was looking for. Got efficient and friendly service. All that AND a real "good guy" price. Hard to go wrong.

I attempted to contact them about purchasing a motorcycle, and after two weeks of no reply I moved on elsewhere, and purchased the bike I wanted. I would never do business with G Borque. If you want to buy something go anywhere else and save your time.
