Great collection of bikes. Got my RE Classic 350 from here, Financing and paperwork was a easy task all done through online but can be a little more enthusiastic on sales and after sales services. I was the only one asking most of the questions, not much information was given about the bike, it's warranty and service intervals.

I bought a Hisun sector from these guys, everything seemed loose or disconnected. Bolts falling out, stator (basically alternator) was not connected, batteries kept dying till I figured it out. Brakes never worked. I sent it back twice with error codes and they just rode 40km on a weekend on it and sent it back with the same codes. Runs rough. Spark plug pretty much fell out. I paid $$ for PDI that they just pocketed. Service is as bad as it gets. I ended up just disconnecting the parking brake as after 2 trips as it seizes. I have less than 300km on it. I wish I had never walked into their store. The warranty is useless, if you don’t have time to constantly drive the machine to the store. Run away fast.

How they treat employees and clients is beyond horrific. I’ve heard horror stories, from close friends about their experiences with Rallye Motors. Please steer clear of them, they do not deserve the business.

Moi et mon mari, on a acheter un vtt, très satisfait du service. On avait Justin comme vendeur et pouvait répondre à toutes nos questions. S il pouvait pas, il allait voir la personne ressource et venait avec la réponse. Pas aucune déception ici. On a parlé à plusieurs personnes et tout le monde est vraiment plaisant à parler avec. On aime vraiment notre vtt et les petits enfants aussi.

Huge black eye for Rallye Motoplex and Yamaha. It is not ok to bully a 17 year old kid and take a sponsorship away for following the rules. Just bought a 2022 Yamaha yz 125, it is now for sale and never buying Yamaha again, or anything from this dealership.

Congratulations on not standing behind your 17 year old rider who’s probably sold 100’s of bikes for you. “Spineless” is all I have to say! I love Yamahas but will never purchase another… I hope you never sell another YZ to the Moto Community.

Went to purchase an atv, a full buy out. They failed to notify me of over $2000 worth of fees that I’d have to pay as well. When I called ahead of time, they still hadn’t informed me then either. Customer service was very poor, and the sales manager was extremely rude. Id give less than 1 star if possible.

Wonderfull service, 10 out of 10 would recommend. Alex really guided me troughout the whole thing. Will definitely be coming back.

Bought two Yamaha bikes for my Grandsons for Christmas TT110E & TT50E
from Bree very good experience. & the man from that did paper work excellent. They were loaded for me at different trips on arriving home i only had Tool kit for one bike. Called & was told TT50E doesn't get one called Yamaha canada was told every motor bike comes with them. So were is mine. Also paid for PDi & small bike never used will only run with choke on & sputters. I delivered bikes to grandsons in PEI before trying. So what now?

I had called this morning at 9 o’clock to find out a purchase price of a new side-by-side. Here it is 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they still haven’t come up with a price for me. Don’t waste your time going to these guys

Purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger this spring at Rallye Motoplex in Moncton. I returned Sept 02 2021 to have the driving lights and passenger floor boards installed that were part of the original contract but backordered. This was done immediately however when they were done the bike would not start. On the7th they contacted Indian and a new wiring harness was ordered. When that arrived they waited approx 2 weeks before installing only to discover that it didn't resolve the issue. On October 08 2021 i received a call from my customer service rep telling me that they had fixed the problem (in 26 minutes), the bike was now running and would be ready for pickup on Oct 13 2021 (they had to reflash the computer). I arrived for the bike on oct 18 2021 and it would not start (dead battery). I returned in an hour and it was ready. I haven't mentioned all the phone calls and the times i was promised that they would put a mechanic on my bike but did not and the times that they took the mechanic off my bike. I lost my whole fall biking, Overall a very bad experience. I won't be going back.

Meh…went in to buy a coat and the salesperson was not helpful, told her what I was looking for and she said since it was end of season there were none in the store, and said take a look around and if I needed any more help to come find her. Lol I was in and out in less then 5 mins and bought what I wanted online

I had a purchase set up on a Friday, advising that we would close the deal on Tuesday after a holiday long weekend. When I called on Tuesday morning to finalize they advised me that they sold the unit "last week".

So I bought something elsewhere. Two days later they call me back that the unit isn't actually sold and hope I can buy it?

Ordered a 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850 April 29th and only got my bike August 26th but was not there fault it was because of covid. I dealt with the salesperson Gerald and he was the very best he helped me with every question I had and if he didn't know he found out for me. I would deal with Rallye again based on the way I was treated by the staff there thanks Gerald for the great experience.

Found an atv that I liked and was approved for financing very quickly. The salesmen was very pushy and rude and not willing to answer any questions I had, to the point where I felt like I was annoying him and he basically said if I don't sign the papers as soon as possible I won't get the bike. I didn't want to feel pressured and it talked me out of making the purchase. Just be careful and don't let them jump you in to anything you're not sure of.

Very disappointed with the service here. Wad in a week ago looking to purchase a new side by side every sales person was at their desk and no one came over to ask me what I needed, was in the store for 30 minutes. Poor customer service and will be taking my business somewhere else. UPDATE. I reached out online to speak with someone regarding a side by side they took my information and said a side by side specialist would be in touch shortly to look at ordering me something. Been a week now and still no one has reached out. It's disappointing to see the decline in the level of customer service since Rallye took over.

My friend purchased a motorcycle there. She was supposed to pick it up on Saturday July 31. Before she got there to sign the paperwork they sold the bike to someone else. Poorest service I have ever seen.

Gerald was a rockstar! He worked hard to get the best deal possible on a side by side and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. He accommodated my needs and made the experience a pleasant one! I recommend dealing with him on any purchase!

Just purchased a 2022 Triumph Trident 660 from this dealer. Had great service from the start by filling online application and information. Sales person Nick was able to help me and answered all my questions and was available anytime. Got there a few days later and the bike was all ready for me and papers to be signed. I knew what to expect when buying that bike as I did my research. That bike is meeting all my expectations! Bill of sale was clearly explained to me and left me without any surprises. Overall great experience and recommend this dealer to anyone.

Went to purchase a used motorcycle, my interaction with the sale rep. Dinh was very good. He was very helpful even followed up after the sale and through the delivery process. I would give him 5*. The overall 4* was for the hidden admin cost of $400 that I was told nothing could be done about it. Bikes have profit in them and to add $400 as an admin cost seems a little much and seems like a money grab. I know they have admin to do when they sell vehicles but to charge customers extra isn't right.
