Owners were incredibly helpful. Repackaged a box I was shipping to be able to offer me a cheaper solution. Explained every step and reason behind the process.
Finally - they were very friendly.

Exceptional customer service. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. They answer all our questions and gave us great advice on different shipping options. It is so refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service. It doesn't seem to happen as often these days. I would pay extra and use this business before I would even consider Canada Post. Always helpful unlike competitor who makes you do everything yourself The Big Box store. Always choose UPS Store
