Tracey and the gang at this location ALWAYS look after my needs in an expedient manner. Their customer service is top notch and their attention to detail is second to none. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, I can't stress enough how much I appreciate all they do. 10/10 Will order here again and again.

I highly recommend going to the UPS store for passport photos. It's cheaper than Shoppers and they are neurodivergent friendly. I brought my autistic son here to have his photos taken, and the owner Tracey and assistant store manager Sara were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much! 10/10 customer service.

I've been shipping with the UPS store for a couple years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Shipments are always scanned and shipped correctly. They also carry great products for shipping which I've bought multiple times. If you are a small business looking for a reliable consistent shipping partner pop in and see them.

Great place for passport pictures! Chelsea did a fantastic job with both my Canadian and Ghanaian passport photos. The service is fantastic and they always go above and beyond for their customers.

Bought a couple items at an auction and they were excellent helping me ship to Calgary. Pleasant to deal with, good communication, they picked up and packaged everything on their end and shipped. Thanks for the great service.

Just received two items from the Liz Isaac & Citadel Gallery auction that were packed and shipped by UPS store 200 in Saint John, N. B.
My items arrived in 2 days in perfect condition, they were so expertly packaged and very well protected.

So happy with the level of service I got at this store.
I had to ship a large commercial vacuum back to the supplier in the US and it was quite heavy and bulky. The girl working there helped me get off my truck, used her dolly to get into the store and held the door open for me to bring it in.
She helped answer all my questions and had it weighed, labeled and shipped in a matter of minutes. It was one of the most efficient and smooth transactions I have experienced in a very long time.

Great experience down at the ups store today, went to take a parcel down to ship to the states thinking it was going to be expensive and a headache but it was neither, they made it super easy and I was in and out within 10 minutes with it costing a lot less than I thought
