Quality Inn

The room smelled like wet dog, I don't think the carpet has ever been cleaned. The rooms have had some renovations done, but overall the room was quite old and you could tell. For a room with an exterior door in it, carpet is a really bad idea at its entrance.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast wow it was huge. It was served on a tray. The view is fantastic of the harbor. Our waitress was great.

So I walked in with cane put up upstairs was difficult but whatever I found hall rugs pretty dirty room was over all clean fingerprints here there air cond was a bit noisy restraunt girls were sitting so waited along time to get tickets cashed in but they were friendly appearance of property pacenent was rough could do updates very quiet though beds were comfy biggest thing was no breakfast always got free breakfast at quality inns disappointing thought when we booked that was Iincluded restraunt on site but costly

Me and my boyfriend checked into our room on the first floor, immediately just by looking at everything I could tell that nothing was wiped over before we had checked in. There were lip and fingerprints all over the sliding glass door, The table was dirty and it just didn’t smell very clean in there. I had to go ask for cleaning supplies to clean our washroom because it was filthy. The people on the front desk have no idea how to handle these situations it seems as well. We left our room for a few hours and came back around 11: 00 PM, I started getting ready for bed and when I peeled the sheets back there were three huge rips in the sheets and a bunch of hairs and stains, there’s no way you can tell me that the bed had been looked at before we got there, they definitely just threw the blankets up over it after the last people checked out not even looking at it. I reported this to front desk and They put us in a room on the second floor, would’ve hoped for a discount or even a “sorry about that” but no. Would not recommend at all. This happened about 2 weeks ago, just getting the chance to write a review now.

The beds were so soft and comfy. Blackout curtains were excellent. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The new renovations look great.

Easy to find. Gentleman at the counter went out of his way to accommodate us as my wife uses a Walker and we couldn’t use the room upstairs because she can’t climb too many steps. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff is great and friendly. Definitely a return later

Overall clean and your standard hotel. The front staff we dealt with which were Nathan and Heather were extremely welcoming, friendly, polite and treated you as though you were a local lol. So kind. Quick to help, gather extra things for our stay and take care of us. The rooms were extremely clean, beds and pillows uncomfortable though but that wouldn’t be the case for everyone. The hotel looked well kept. No elevator which doesn’t matter as it is only 3 floors I believe (Basement, main and 3rd) and there was only one small flight of stairs to get to the third floor which was the top. View out our room was good, you can see water (also a huge McDonald’s sign) but was not in the way of the distant water and mountains. Overall a good spot and would stay again.

I definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed the the night of the 1st of july. Everything was really clean and spotless and really nice staff. The breakfast at there restaurant is really good also.

Flexible, friendly and accommodating for a last minute booking of a large group of people. Thank you so much for everything.

Amazing view, amazing staff! What a great stay, and the restaurant was worth the stay all on its own.

Nice location.lovely view of the city from the room. Blake at the reception was polite and courteous.
Rooms are standard Quality inn but the air conditioner are very noisy, as if something is stuck.changed the room but even in the second room the fan was noisy. Not many options for hotel chain in Cornerbrook.its this or the comfort inn nearby which has a nice restaurant Jungle Jim

Bookings for large groups can be challenging. Nathan and the staff at the Quality Inn Corner Brook have been fantastic to work with. They have been accommodating and patient as our AAA hockey team's plans changed. Thank you for the support and we will see you again later in the season.

Check-in took a long time to complete. Rooms are very outdated. The stench of urine in the bathroom was unbearable. Obviously cleaning is not a high priority. Would highly recommend finding elsewhere to stay.
