Dwayne is a super hard working guy that stuck with me through the whole process. My hat is off to the guy, he’s probably the main reason why my place got sold.

Dwayne was very helpful in finding our long term home in Yellowknife. We planned to take a while to get the right one and he had no problem knowing it could span a year or two. He routinely informed us of upcoming houses and knew what we were looking for.

His knowledge of the market was great and his contracting background was impressive and really helps when looking at houses.

The whole process was very smooth, he was easy to talk to and get a hold of. We not only used him as our buying agent but selling the house we had as well.

What really sets him out from the rest was his support after purchasing. Had a couple issues and he was able to guide in the right direction and get the ball rolling. Customer service is top notch.

I would recommend to anyone. We took a peek at a rental recently and of course went through him. He had all the answers we needed or could find out if it wasn’t readily available.
