In and out depends on time of day, how busy, and how many cashiers or automated tellers are open. Selection is still good, prices are inflated slightly compared to walmart.

While I riniging myself up at the self check out same way I have for the last 5 years an employee decided to walk up and accuses me of stealing before checking that I had actually rung up all my items. Very not happy I will definitely not be back here. People need to be careful of who they openly accuse of stealing. Very disassitisfied.

Good. All kinds of products available. Also halal meat like chicken beef are also available.

Need to reduce the delivery cost.

It was my favourite store until experiencing the remote controlled exit gate.
Line ups for a cashier were long, used self checkout instead. It was super awkward leaving the self checkout area - checking receipts and being granted permission to pass through the gate, which then closed on my children, and the cherry on top having to maneuver children and a cart out of the awkward gate placement. A frustrating experience that I won’t be returning for.

It's clean and the staff are helpful. The Joe Fresh clothing is great (if you can get it on clearance). Prices are high on most everything (groceries, clothing, etc) unless it's on sale.

For some reason their level of customer service has deteriorated substantially. There are multiple times where there are completely unacceptably long lineups because they simply refuse to have enough cashiers on hand. They would rather force people into the self-checkout instead of having appropriate levels of Staff especially the day before a major holiday. This is absolutely deplorable customer service

Decent store. When I was there there was construction out front. Pretty busy. All sale items I was looking for were in stock and all employees I dealt with were friendly.

Used to love this store for all of our groceries but had a couple negative experiences with the PC express order/ pick up service.
The app glitched and charged our account 4x, this was a problem for us and the manager of PC Express was anything BUT helpful, citing there was "nothing she could do" dispite us trying to buy groceries at their store. It took weeks to get the money back.

Then, after not shopping here for a while due to the bad experience, we thought we would try it again, we placed an order and on our way to pick up the order, "Leah" the PC express manager called us and informed us how we were inconveniencing their store because we were 10 mins late to pick up and tried to make us feel bad about it. When we arrived there was NOBODY else waiting for their PC express pickup so it's unclear to me how we were inconveniencing anybody else. Anyway that was enough for us and we have had much better service at the other two grocery stores in town that offer the same service

I wanted fruit on the go the other day, 7 bucks I paid for assorted fruit.it was furmented! Terrible

I have never felt so angry and embarrassed, but tonight I have. I walked in to the store at. 9: 45 I was speaking to a worker at the produce side about a item then walked to meats, and walked to front desk to pay.and then the same worker I was talking to is now at cash and tells me I can't ring my items because they are closed and I had to leave she was so rude to me

Was in there today and found a great deal on ground beef, have the 50% marked off sticker on it so I went to self checkout scanned all in properly and the thing deemed for the clerk to come over and verify it no problem that's usual, what got me was when she came over she said she had to verify the discount items, I then told her they were in my bag my reusable bag I purchased, she said yep but we can't open your bag and look you have to do it so I figured that didn't make much sense but I went over and opened my bag and took my other items out. But then what baffled me was she came over, OPPENED the bag once I had done that and proceeded to check and knock over all my items out of the bag that I had.moved aside and knocked them onto the floor, not a sorry at all. I don't know what policy this is that "we can't open your bag but once you do sure we will and knock everything over" but it seems like pure laziness

Very friendly and helpful both on the floor and at the cash. This has always been my experience at this location

Luv luv the pick up option. Use it all the time and the staff are excellent. Can't wait for delivery option!

Like the quality of the food but the service from their PC Express service has been pretty awful for us several times, enough so that we try not to shop here when we don't need to.
Would recommend going in store to pick out your items and not using PC Express

I've worked for atlantic superstore for 15 years, so I visit there often! I have no complaints and I reccomend going there!

Poor service at check out. They rushed us through quickly sliding my groceries down, so badly I couldn't keep up. The cashier then took off before I was even half way done packing my groceries. Better off going to self check out if shopping here.

Once you get used to the layout the store is pretty easy to navigate. Well stocked and a good bakery.

The steaks we bought there were very tasty and the cashier was exceptional. She gave us one of the new grocery bags as a promotion. Her name was Kelly at register 1. She was nice and helpful.

Decided to use the express pick up as well as shop here for the first time ever.
Even though we were completely unorganized trying to pay with credit, gift card and points all at the same time; it all went very smoothly thanks to Kate who answered the phone upon arrival as well as delivered our groceries to the car. Kate was very friendly, very professional and very helpful!

We will will definitely be back again!

The manager is rude and not helpful. We have had a few different issues with this store their stock of food is low and not always great. We have had issues with PC express we had a issue the other day they where very uncooperative and not helpful at all. Some of the staff is good but other times not so great I would avoid this store I rather shop at Windsor instead had better luck with stock of food and supply also Not had many issues with PC express

Got everything we needed in this one trip. Thank goodness for the air conditioning. It was muchly needed.

Had some problems with the PC express and expired or very close to foods but overall alright store.

Bought groceries online - picked up a few days later. Great service in light of pandemic restrictions.

This store has the best deli counter staff but you have to go either early morning or early afternoon and if you get the right one yourbon your way cause she's awesome knows her salami and has an awesome sense of humor if she sees this she will know who it is as I can not mention any names (privacy thing you know) but if you get the wrong day you'll get a ball of meat

I requested a quarter chicken piece at the deli and was denied. There were several rotisserie chickens available and at any other location they would cut one up, it seemed this woman needed the extra time to chat with her Co worker rather than accommodate the needs of a customer at lunch time. Being coeliac this exhausted my options for meat so I was left to go without. Not impressed.

Ordering groceries and picking up with no contact is amazing. PC Express team is thorough and mindful.

Good store. The Express app for ordering ahead of time is not that grate and to many thing get substituted out or removed. Still grate store just go inside.

Large selection of goods. The store is kept nice and clean and all the workers are friendly and helpful.

Very busy in the store items being sold quickly.

Workers stocking shelves quickly as possible.

Discount carts are usually a good-time. Flashfood has a good selection most times. Has an alright gluten-free selections. 24cs of water is cheaper than Walmart.

Recently, I was in line at the very busy New Minas Superstore. The woman in front of me was quite rude to Christopher, our cashier. I was very impressed with how well Christopher handled the situation. He was quiet and respectful in his response and was able to quickly defuse the situation. I commend him. Well done, Christopher!

Not a bad place to go shopping but the one thing that I notice is the pricing. There are a lot of things in the produce section that are actually quite expensive here as compared to Walmart which is right across the road.

Shop is alright, the store is large with the same products taking up most of the shelving. Ended up bringing a small cart just for the few things we figured we needed and at 200$ I almost fainted. Something that shops in large quantities clearly didn't give the public a deal. But still alright.

Don't shop here often enough to know store well but was able to find everything I wanted. Nice selection of sales items, although featured bread was limited to doorway.

Can be busy at times but that's expected. I've really enjoyed ordering online and picking up via the outside pick up lane. The veg we order is top notch!

It is a well organized store and clean and if i need help getting something theres always someone to help me im well satisfied with the service

Online ordering is excellent. Great customer service. My only complaint is that this location often runs out of items during sales weeks, etc.

you can find almost everything you need here. Including cooked food and a place to sit down and eat it.
