Medium sized store, good selection of produce and deli department. Love their sourdough bagels at the bakery. Always grateful for the markdown cart in the bakery department, it appeals to the carbaholic in me

I called the store today to express my Kudo's to the man who does the carts here. People told me his name is Vincent and if you do an online review he will also get recognition from head office. He is always so kind, says hi and have a good day and always takes my cart before I even get to the coral most times. Hes doing a great job!

The girls that work the hot food station are so pleasant everyday! Amazing customer service and the food is always fresh

Most groceries are beyond their best before date, or rotten, what isn't is overpriced, worst superstore I've ever been to

The staff here are awesome. They deserve much more money than what they are being paid. SO much more.
Superstore unnecessary jacking of food prices. People shouldn't have to choose between eating and paying their rent. Shame on you.

They are all the same. 2nd best lace to get the family groceries next to Walmart. Everything is getting more expensive. Superstore is definitely following suit.

I love this place. They have a huge selection of things, including gluten free breads, healthy snacks, and other stuff someone like me with tons of allergies can eat. Prices are fair, and the selection is huge. It's usually very busy, that's the only draw back.

Closest store to me so I go there for convenience.
Customer Service is a hit or miss most often. Sometimes you get a great one, sometimes you get ones who wish they were elsewhere and make it known.
Sale items (if it's a good sale) are often out of stock I find. If you can't go as soon as they open on sale day, good luck getting anything you want as it seems to take forever for the stuff to be back in stock again.

A large store with lots to offer. Always have had what I'm looking for, except for skincare products but that's a bit of a niche. My biggest complaint would be the staff, which are unfriendly and seemingly dead inside.

The superstore also had lots of smaller stores in and around the front of the store.
The staff has always been friendly and there is lots of parking.

I didn't like it the staff was superfically friendly and they couldn't bring the food in the order that we wanted it.

So everytime I go to superstore porters lake there is usually something amiss with my shopping. I find the produce is awful most of the time last week my bag of carrots went to mush in 3 days and the grapes were as sour as could be. I often find that an item that should be 50% off goes through as full price. Also today there were pallets in lots of alises stopping you from passing. Today I brought a pack of 5 snack bars when I opened them to put in the snack box there was only 4.if it wasn't a pain to drive all the way into town to shop I would never use them

Stay away from the bagged salad! Picked one up PC bacon ceaser salad kit, it had 5 days left before expiry, took it home and had it for supper and ended up with food poisoning! I have never been so sick like that. NEVER AGAIN

I'd give them 6 stars if they just had a few more flavors of monster energy drink that aren't sugar free.

Not very crowded, well organized, everything looked freshly done up with nice displays, even though we went late in the day. Little understocked on some of the sale items though.

Nicely laid out, I am always impressed by their fresh food, delicious and bakery sections. Very clean store.

Produces is not great, always have items out of stock. 50% of the staff care, the other 50%, not really.

No fresh produce, sale items rarely in stock. The bread quality and selection is poor. I go here because it's the closest grocery store.

Part of our weekly grocery trip. Edit: Out of a lot of the items we buy lately. Their reliance on self checkout is hindering the ability to provide prompt customer service in the normal checkout lanes.

I ve shopped there since it opened. The past few months it has deteriorated in service & available products. There seems to be a reduction in staff & the few left are run off their feet.esp in the Deli region.there are only 2 check outs at any time while there are sometimes up to 3 clerks at the self serve place. I get it.you want to get rid of check outs but damned if I will use them. I don't work there & I don't do my check outs! The shelves are not as well stocked anymore. The clerks who ARE working are nice & Im sure they take the brunt of complaints.but we all know the problem is management! What a damn shame.it WAS a good store!

Needs to be upgraded. Dirty bathroom. Never have decent produce. I seriously don't know why I still shop there.
