The guys at billing counter are behaving as if they are in their own country. No greetings no wishes, no smile, and the tone…tell them they are in Canada and learn the etiquettes, follow the culture…, Else you will loose the identity despite selling high quality products

Called FOUR times. I went through the directory to every single department, including customer service 12 times, customer service manager, the actual manager (fax recording), bakery, deli, meat department, need I continue? NO ONE ANSWERED! Why bother even having a phone number?

It has everything you need under 1 roof, so it's a good spot to shop. Plus, it is a clean store that is nice, some like no frills always seem dirty.

Is it sad that this is my favourite store? Sometimes I go here just to walk around and relax.

A large selection of international foods and produce. Good place for a student to grab a healthy lunch.

0 for customer service, Yusuf cashier, It's hard for him to say hello or thankyou. Don't expect any good customer dealing. They should be nice and polite with customer and should leave attitude at home seriously

The Atlantic Superstore on Joseph Howe Drive in Halifax has freshness issues. I bought a chocolate bar there last week that was so old it was beige instead of brown. I have also found items that were expired on shelves multiple times. In addition to that the prices are inflated. On a positive note, they have a great selection of PC vegan products.

Can you tell me if the electric scooters there repaired yet.only work for 10 to 15 mins.my mom is disabled and have been complaining since Oct 2020. Please fix them

Pretty good selection of food. Some produce was pushing the expired end, but it was the end of the night. Easy to find groceries and the isles were well labelled.

Great selection, great staff.
But you know, there's the incredible amount of nutcases that frequent the area to address. So I'm just going to say it, going into that place is always an "adventure" you never know what kind of bizarre human behaviour you will encounter here.
If you feel that this is incorrect I'm probably talking about you.

I thought I would hate ordering online because I want to pick out my own fruit and veg, but I got over that and I love just pulling into the parking lot and they come out with my groceries and put them in my trunk.
No stress from people wearing their mask wrong and getting too close.

One of the bigger Superstores. They don't usually run out of sale and regular items. Great staff. Most of what we need is available here, reducing the need for stops at other stores.

They have everything you need. Their international section could use some work. Their prices are reasonable.

The lady named ‘Angela’ who was at the self checkout counter was really rude. Very poor customer service

Lots of parking space and you can get all your shopping needs done in the one place ie: : gas bar, NSLS, Drug store, and, medical center.ps H&R Block is at the north end of the parking lot also

The Store looks way! Better since they renovated it. It is way easier finding items you may need/or want.

Their are times when the employees are cranky, but I can't blame them, dealing with COVID and constantly cleaning every 5 - 10 seconds, I'd be cranky or annoyed as well. Other then that, they are friendly with customers and polite.

They have two great entrances but only have one open, therefore I had to walk a very long way to get into the store. No visible social distancing cautions inside the store, except for the checkout where there is plexiglas between the staff and the shopper.

Convenient, has a joe fresh so clothes and house supplies, beside an LC that's sells cannabis. Fast to get in and out even if busy because of efficient self checkouts, gas station in the parking lot

Whenever I shop here I always go in and get what I want and then I got to wait forever in line to get to the checkout crazy lineups

It was flowing fantastic customer service, shelves great choices of produce.

Good joe fresh selection. The store layout can be confusing compared to other superstore locations.

Has everything you need although regular prices are high. Feel free to park in the fire lane and create you're own parking spaces because their enforcement is non existent.

Huge selection of food, fashion, household items, and more. This is one of the only real 'one stop shop' in the city. The overall store is clean however the washrooms on the second level are filthy and need a renovation bad.

Best grocery store in Nova Scotia! Similar to the Atlantic Superstore on Portland st.in Dartmouth, they sell everything from food to furniture, linens, toys, medications, clothes, footwear, etc. All at decent prices and a clean friendly enviroment. By far our favorite place to buy groceries and many other house-wares, and also clothing for babies and toddlers. Stop in, you will not be Disappointed!

Good place to get groceries, they have the large Joe fresh section here so you can find many clothing items.

Granted, it is spacious, but near impossible to find what you want in the aisles until you have the whole layout memorized. Items are not where you would expect them to be. You could spend days if something gets moved around.
Some employees are extremely helpful, while others are clueless. Products and prices are what you would expect from a Superstore, plus home products and clothing.
Overall, I would appreciate an item tracker or better organization to find items quickly.

They are all amazing staff polite knowledgeable I met a lady that works there wanted to do a shout out to her your doing and outstanding job your the best ps the donuts were delicious lol

High priced fruit and veg. Doesn't carried mant traditional maritime brands is Morris' tea, ED Smith syrup.

This store is almost too big. I haven't had any problems, but I love going here when looking for international foods/ingredients.

They have everything here. I just don't like the size of the store because I find it impossible to have any sort of efficiency while shopping. Aisles are confusing and not stocked like other grocery stores, so it creates a great deal of confusion - but I think that is the intention (to make you spend more!).

Got a tv that was on sale. They were nice enough to hold it till I got there and help me on the way out too.

Horrible customer service, waited for about 30 mins, very very slow, the customer service girl at the desk was doing her own thing.
