Everything you'd want in a grocery store. Good selection, okay prices, and friendly staff.

Shelves are generally a mess. Staff leave pallets, product packaging and products on the ground in the isle when receiving shipments and leave them for hours.

Was disappointed to see that Super Store has taken down the plexiglass that protects the cashiers.

Good support for fresh fruits and vegetables. Prices are little higher than other supplement. Very few staff is available for help. Many a times couldn't find the items which were on deal.

Being a place downtown - it has more prepared food options compared to the Atlantic store in Elmsdale. So some to go food like pasta or fruit box can he enjoyed at a relatively lesser price then restaurants. This one is right next to st Mary's uni - do good for students.

No pedestrian path from street to entrance. Only way is to walk thru parking lot, which is dangerous to visually impaired. Disappointing

Salad section often times has wilting product, and the weekday hot food prep section has a grumpy staff member. The rest of the store is decent just the to go salads and hot meals sections seem to be over priced for the quality of the food.

This is a good store to shop at. Overall the food is fresh and there is a good variety of food. Flash foods here is also pretty good with there being different items to choose from every day and also a good selection of 50% off items which is great for reducing waste a little bit. This is also one of the only stores I can find squid which is amazing and good quality. There are also self checkouts which are nice to speed up your visit at the store.

It was great, the staff were friendly and there was a lot of selections, I had a problem finding household items, but it might just be a store thing.

My children and I got stuck at this store for almost three hours because I lost my keys. I have never received such immediate, helpful, and concerned customer service. I would have definitely fallen apart without the help of the manager and customer service representative. They were amazing!

To be honest, with the amount of multiculturalism in Canada, these stores should have a multicultural section. Purposefully designed to disorient shoppers so they maximize maximize time for impulse buying. All I want is to be able to find what I need and leave. That being said, I've gone into the stores to find something I think now should be common place, without any luck. Things like Thai curry paste for example, should be easy to find, but even the staff guess where to find such items. Working 13 hours swift shifts, my time is far more viable, I'll just go to an Asian grocery to find what I need when it comes to food that isn't made by Kraft

I dropped tzatziki dip all over the checkout. Staff swifty and politely got the mess cleaned up that I made.

Maybe I'm more sensitive to sound than others (musician), but the overhead store announcements here were overclipped ear destruction.

We visited Sunday evening, the milk fridges needed refilling and the deli area was lacking. Staff were friendly and the store is bright and clean.

Awesome place to shop. But price wise high. Only defective part price High price.compare to other shops.neat, clean and everything in orderly and arranged.

I found it incredibly tidy, clean, organized. The folks who work there were really friendly & helpful.

A nice medium sized grocery store. The veggies are much better than some other locations (looking at you, Barrington St.), but miserable to shop at on Tuesday evenings. Tonnes of pokespawns in the parking lot and if you plan your route right you can hit the gym nearby AND swing through the hydrostone for some extra pokeaction.

This place is a little shabby and very poorly stocked. It no longer reflects the needs of this much changed neighborhood. Time for a major renovation.

This place is a disgrace. There are never any baskets at the entrance, the whole place needs a deep clean, (especially the dairy and egg fridges) and there was not a single egg to be found in the whole store tonight. I get that supply might be an issue.maybe a good time to clean out those nasty fridges?

Wish I lived closer to a different Superstore.

I can't believe it. All the talk about energy and this store has these huge pole lights on 24/7 in the parking lot. R u for real!

Has most of what I usually need. I rarely find myself needing to go to Sobeys instead. Down a star because they can sometimes under staff the checkouts.

My favorite place to get groceries. You get points towards future purchases just for buying stuff you need!

Best "grocery store sushi" in the city! It sells out as fast as they can make it so always fresh for the price. Produce section in this location is well stocked and taken care of. Bakery even had bread slicer. Pharmacy carries wide selection. Seasonal section is small, and housewares section even smaller (it's a smaller store so don't expect JoeFresh or household items at this location). Icecream section has a lot of variety. Now has self-checkout lanes!

Quite a large store and there is a fairly good sized outdoor garden centre but it can be a bit difficult finding any staff on the floor to ask a question.

Garden centre is closed due to weather, again. The sun is out it hasn't rained since noon. Going somewhere else, again.

Self service in Sackville.waist of time.especially if they are too busy texting to help you.will keep using cashier

Young Street Superstore specifically is a location I usually do not shop at because I never felt respected there as a visible minority within my community. I will go out of my way to shop at any other superstore location. My bad experience at Young Street location after a long absence definitely reinforced my desire to never go back there again.

When they get rid of that voice always trying to push their stuff, I'll come back to the store. When I'm already there, I don't need the hard sell.
