Atlantic Superstore

Picked up some salads and dips. Everything was great and service was great, the store was clean.

Always like the selection here. Produce is good, and usually some decent deals. Wish prices were better.but what can you do.

Disappointed in the produce section. Everything is dry and limp and should be thrown out. On top of that they never keep up with demand. They dont cater to different ethnicities in the produce section. What happened to the star fruit and other such things every other superstore had? Im really disgusted how this store is run.

Inflation is hard enough to deal with, but getting no help when asking and rude attitudes from staff make it worse.
I only shop for discounts at this store as the service is discounted also.

Love the sales at superstore. Beautiful grocery store. Staff are amazing. Went to get sale item it was sold out. Staff offered similar item for the sale price. That’s customer care. Produce bakery meat department always quality. Huge selection in all departments. Our go to store.

As prices are going up, quality is plunging.

This Superstore is awesome. Lots of 50% off stickers. Great deals, nice and clean. Typical small town, easy going, friendly staff.

Always clean never cluttered staff is always pleasant and helpful. Fruit and vegetable section always has something new in different to try and always a great selection

24 months ago we relocated to NS never hearing of your store, from the first time we used it, Until now you have our grocery shopping, banking, and over 50% of our gas bought at PC partners, your optimum rewards are more then rewarding for a family that focuses on earning points. Normally I don’t need to sacrifice cost yo earn these points either most often items are “fairly” priced across competitors. Fairly in “ “ because no food price is fair in NS when minimum wage is $13.1 bread cost you $4-6 a loaf, milk $7-9, bacon $16-25 thus the lack of a 5th star.

Overall PC, it’s partners and Atlantic superstore are a winning combination TY

This location specifically has the nicest staff, always helpful and knowledgeable

After shopping for a while my observations areGreat layout hard to find staff some days.they closed on or the entrances during COVID and have not opened it again this is abelist and makes it much harder for people with disabilities when the parking lot is full. So I have started shopping at Sobeys again

Good store like others, though not much offerings. The employees apparently doesn't have knowledge of offers going on. I used the self check in and called for help for produce, the lady standing added price as per normal price and asked me what was on offer when I said few were discounted. That's an area to be improved, and produce should also have barcode that reads discounted price when scanned, much like packed goods. Customer may not remember all the offers out on display and infact end up paying more, like me. And store is kind of far, so no option of going and rectifying.

Took advantage of the drive thru pharmacy today. Fantastic.my mom has dementia and taking her in stores during covid 19 isn't something i wanted to do. Driving thru for her prescriptions made life a whole lot easier.

Always fresh sourdough bread and fresh meats. Lots of parking and a convenient gad bar too. Don't forget to collect your points.

Great service prices are good for most items and love collecting the points they are quick to add up

This store generally has everything you need food, toys, clothing, books seasonal products and more.

Besides the FAST accumulation of points compared to other card programs, and thereby quick rewards at the cash, I LOVE their new free Flashfood app! Go online to see what they have drastically reduced at any time and pay immediately. Go in to pick up at courtesy counter. Ingenious!

I remember when this store opened up back when I was 10 years old! Quite the event, it became the biggest grocery store in Atlantic Canada if memory serves?
Now that I'm all grown up and buy my own groceries instead of tagging along with Mum, I've gotta say I love this store and it'll always remind me of my hometown, New Glasgow. Thanks for the memories, and the good food

It's becoming a better grocery store than I was a kid, find more selection starting to grow within the store with more up to date trends. Still need some updating but it is a small town grocery store and the only one between Truro and Antigonish so what you see is what you get.

I know they have every item you could want in this store and great variety as well but I find the Meat Dept.exceptional for quality and price.

One of my favorite places to get food supplies for the house and littles, friendly staff, great instore specials and excellent variety, plus free cookies for the kids:)

Everything you can possibly find is here, however customer service could use some improvement. It would be nice to see staff smile once or at least pretend like they are happy to serve you!

Fantastic store! So much of everything in one place, with warmth and an invitation to stay longer. I have many PC products that I buy regularly, so name brand is not an issue. Gas station comes in handy most times.

I was able to find everything I needed. It was very busy due to Easter and I was able to get in and out using the self check out.

Certain times during the day they have no regular checkouts open and only self checkouts. I will not be returning.

This was the BEST grocery store I have ever been in. We were so impressed with the store we ate supper there twice and took some items back to our hotel for breakfast

A very helpful store the staff is awesome and bright and very clean and the shelves are stocked very well.

Very pleased we have such an excellent Superstore here. I love Sobeys, don't get me wrong. Just nice to have the clothing options and a huge housewares section.

Awesome, this is the grocery store that I personally love, and it only got better when they introduced self-checkouts! Personally, I am not a fan of line ups, and wait times, this makes it easier for me to go, get the products that I need, then go back home!

Good to shop on Friday nights, lots of 50% off items. It's a Superstore, same as the rest.

New Glasgow superstore has a poor meat and a non existent fish selection. Lost of fresh vegetables and fruit but way overpriced. Elmsdale superstore has better meat selection as does Antigonish as well as Sydney River. GlaceBay is hit and miss. Halifax of course has it all.

Good store and great staff. I am always looking for something different to try on my grocery list and I do.
