The food that's 50% is already moldy along with some of the produce being sold at reg price! They need more bike racks at the other entrances. They do have a great international aisle!

Finding it hard to find things nowadays there. It never used to be like this. However, even when it's busy the flow is easy and cashiers are quick.

Poorly organized. Looks like it was merchandised by an eight year old!
I managed large retail stores for 30 years. I would never allow my store to be this badly presented.

This store was layed out very nice and the staff was super helpful finding exactly what I needed quickly.

They need to reverse the entrance and exit doors as they don't make sense to the cashes but other than that it's clean and well kept

Having moved here from western Canada I can say that there are far fewer opportunities to really benefit from optimum points, and I really miss the weekly offer for spending more than $250 that you got. But hey, at least the produce is consistent.

I actually only used the drive thru at this location and was served a large soft ice cream. To be fair, i only gave it a 3.5 and if i had gone inside the score may have been higher. The ice cream was excellent although i found the drive thru somewhat slow and accessible certainly not the best when i turned off Main. If i am in the area again, pending on lineup i will likely stop in again.

My favorite supermarket. Love the fresh flowers and Ken really knows what he's doing. 3 dozen fresh tulips for 15 dollars. Can't beat that!

Everytime, without fail! Slowest and longest line ups, with not enough cashes open. Will be choosing another Superstore location next time.

My latest shopping experience at this store was unfortunately probably one of my last. It seems the personal shoppers for grocery pick-up and deliveries has become a priority and also a strange competition to the in person customers. Aside from a great deli service experience it was " each man for himself" in the other departments. From having an employee grab the last fresh chicken from behind me at the display, to being ignored while waiting for the family size lean ground beef; I have never felt so insignificant as a shopper. Out of stocks and poor produce at higher prices has also been a turn-off. I will now be taking my business to sister stores in my community especially the No Frills at the bridge.

Staff are friendly and willing to provide assistance. The store is properly set up to meet public safety standards. Always stocked up and priced decently

It was a great day and time to shop here found all kinds of great deals got a pair of sneakers marked down from 40$ to 14$and a pair of jeans for 15$great store my favourite to shop at

I love this Superstore, but wondering why they’ve taken down their large signage board from outside that used to advertise their deals, etc. I missed all the tax free shopping days this past holiday season, and just in general, miss seeing what their big deal is for each day or.week.

Why has this sign been taken down and is there any chance that it will be replaced or put back up?

One of my frequent places to get groceries, been going for years. Staff are friendly and always willing to help you find a specific product.

My fav place for groceries.always the best selection, great bakery, clean, excellent customer service plus the best healthiest foods around fresh or frozen.

Lots of empty shelves today. Hand sanitizer at front door left a lot to be desired. No sanitizing of conveyor belts today. No sanitizing of self service checkouts or debit terminals.

Used the app to order groceries, as I am always pressed for time between work and being a single parent. Picked up my order, got across town to get my child at daycare only to be told that they have me the wrong order and I had to come back. Came back and they still weren’t ready to give me my order, then told me they messed up the payment and it hadn’t gone through. Ended up leaving in a hurry because I was simply out of time, with no groceries and having wasted almost an hour of my day.

Not a useful place if you are a busy person that expects reasonable service.

Great store - always well stocked and clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Fresh sections (Meat, Produce, Seafood) are nice with lots of variety. Great prices overall. Only downside is that the store is massive and a long way between departments (especially Health & Beauty and grocery).

Love love shopping here. I get a variety of organic products that I like so much. Very friendly staff, the lines can be long that’s a good sign, however, they go by fast, thanks to the efficient, friendly, organized staff, great place, lots of parking, loads of different discounts, hot foods are mostly fresher than other places not mention, plus love grabbing a gem here and there with their Joes department, there is nice pieces for the whole family, prices not to bad also. Have fun shopping for bargains. Extra I love how they caters for different cultural backgrounds.

Store is kept clean and sanitized during times that customers are allowed. I normally use the curbside pickup service and its great. I've never had an issue with any produce or product I've received.

Hating the mazes for covid. With a hurt foot they add to the distance you have to walk. But i suppose I dont want to die from covid. Lol

For the last 4 weeks, I have shopped here on Sunday morning. I have constantly been looking to buy Samosas. Always out. Today the lady at the deli counter said "we ran out again. We can order 20 pallets of them but we get what we get. " I asked what day does the order arrive but she didn't know, and she was not very concerned. I think I may need to re-evaluate where I drop $1200 dollars a month.

There on Sunday lined up to get in and a longer line to get out gave the groceries to a employ and when to sobeys they had cashier working you had only a few

Just love our local superstore.
Especially the kind gentleman that assisted me in the flower section today.
He went above & beyond for me and that shows the character of the store itself.
A thank you to him once again and to all the courteous employees within.

Poor customer service. SKUs or prices hard to find so you have to pass over items. I try to avoid shopping at Superstore.

I just ventured back to this store for the first time since earlier this year and was happy to see procedures in place around social distancing though a few things that I saw felt like complete overkill. This is a huge store with two entrances but currently only one is being used for entering and exiting the store.and the exit and entrance sides in the main entrance being used are the opposite of what they should be. If you look at flow of post-checkout traffic, they should be exiting to the side closest to the bank. Currently, outflowing customers are having to cross through the same area as the incoming customers to exit by the prepared foods and carts in the entryway. The whole 'lineup and wait to be directed to a checkout" was rather silly while folks with entire carts were lining up in self-checkout to avoid being corralled into a line. Also - no access to washrooms that are located just beyond the checkouts. Customers cannot reach them unless they walk around the outside of the store and reenter at the other mall entrance. I was shopping with a three year old and laughed at how ridiculous this oversight was where people still need to use the washroom.

I had a bad experience with Pharmacy. Therefore I made a complaint using the web site, which would die in vain if I was not assertive and did not call a month later.
These people just do not care.

I definitely don't go to this location too often so I was a little bit lost until I got my bearings.

Changed their hours from 24 hours to 11 p.m. Tonight I tried to go and ran into 5 other people who get off at 11 all disappointed that we can't shop now. Way to go, superstore. I'll be shopping somewhere else.

This store is always in good shape, well it has been every time I've gone to shop! That's why I keep going back there. Faced UP! Fresh and clean, that's the kind of environment you want to buy your food in. The Employe"s are always around working to keep the product rotate it, and fresh like it's meant to be. If you need a helping hand finding something don't hesitate to ask the store employees are very friendly and helpful!

This is a one stop shopping. There are number is shops and services. There is a bank, Tim Hortons, Subway and library, in the area.

My favorite superstore in Nova Scotia! Huge selection of produce, natural products and everything else you could possibly need.

Maybe consider changing your hours online so people don’t waste their time coming after work thinking that you are 24 hours still. Just a thought.

Clean atmosphere, fresh foods, great quality produce, and some pretty great sales to boot! Love their "to go" food section as well! Tons of options when you're in a tight spot for a meal!

This is the Superstore I choose to shop at most often. I drive by the smaller one, that is technically closer to where I live, to shop here. The parking is easy and sensible. The store is always well stocked, clean, and accessible. The floor staff are friendly, the cashiers can be chatty, but I like that. They also have online ordering, delivered to your car on arrival. I haven't tried that yet, but soon. Soon!
I do miss the attached door to the NSLC.
