Atlantic Superstore Cole Harbour Road

EverythingvI wanted to purchase was in stock, albeit not reasonably priced at all, thus my subsequent trip to No Frills the next day.

I was purchasing my perscriptions. I get all my meds at the pharmacy. To my knowledge they are the cheapest dispencing fee.

Store has zero customer service. Staff treat you like you don't exist and of course the prices are rediculous. Store should consider expanding their loss leaders.

Ended up injuring myself on the new anti theft gates because they didn't open properly. Staff laughed and said "sometimes they don't open properly".

Raising the price on items to lower them a week later and look like a sale, which is illegal in Canada, but obviously going unchecked.

Hearing staff bicker with each other over hours and pay, to the point where staff are crying on the floor during store hours. Carts often piled up in front of the exits because they're unstaffed.

I dread this store.

I've always found the selection in the superstore's website was better than the other large grocery store chains

It’s a great superstore with nice employees, BUT my only complaint is that, twice now, there are two older ladies that watch and assist at self checkout but they literally hover over people’s shoulders and watch as if everyone checking out is going to try and steal. It’s a bit aggressive but otherwise, nice place to shop!

Sad to say I experienced prejudice at this location. I was here May 16th 11: 50am and the older lady at the self checkout stood over my shoulder while I was checking out my items as if I was going steal. This made me feel very uncomfortable & singled out considering there was 3 other people at the self checkout that actually needed her help. She kept asking me if “I’m still doing okay” as if the self checkouts aren’t self explanatory enough. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this which location which is unfortunate because it’s only a few minutes from a home.

I live in Porters Lake area but come to Cole Harbour Superstore for their fruit trays and salads. They are the best!

Love going here for groceries a smaller sized family friendly store I like to say and everyone's nice. Never had any issues here in the 10 years I've shopped at this location. Self check outs make it easy if it's busy also

Awful meats, awful produce. I bought a roast that was packaged that day and labeled to be good for 5 more days, when i got home and cut into it the center was the green silver of clearly spoiled meat. They had very moldy strawberries on the shelves and they don't mark down produce until its is very visibly spoiled. At least i could return the roast.

Never shopping here again, go to the bigger one down the road or Sobeys.not worth the potential food poisoning.
