No one to help you when you need assistance. When you do find someone they just give you directions which didn’t help either. Customer service is really lacking

Being a transplant from the other part of the country Ontario I wasn't sure what to expect as far as prices and that kind of thing go it was great customer service was terrific everything that I wanted was there

I find its pretty great customer service. However the self-serve checkouts are never self-serve. Prices keep going up but that's everywhere.

Over priced, understaffed and the staff that is there is under paid. There's almost always huge line ups and their big sale prices are typically the every day prices for Giant Tiger and Walmart.

Good enough place to shop but im fed up with how bad their meat (hamburger) is. Every single pack of hamburger iv ever bought seems to go bad after just 1 day. Dont shop here for meat products, they go bad way to fast. Sobeys hamburger can sit in my fridge for a week before turning brown, super store hamburger turns brown the night you buy it.

A nice bright store with friendly staff. This store seemed to have a bit more space in aisles than other Superstores I have been to which was nice.

Only have two cashiers and were up five deep. Trying to get us to go through the scan your own stuff. I'll be going to Sobeys if this stays like this

I really like this store, great produce and product choice. But, then really need more self service tills here. I’ve always had to wait no matter what time of day because there is just not enough places to check out. It puts me off going there especially on a Friday after work when it’s super busy. I really love the food and variety here though so I still go but it means I’m home later than I’d like. Will update my review with more stars when there are more self checkouts

In the deli they are selling cauliflower cut like steak shapes at $10 (about 1/4 of a cauliflower). Also in the grab and go section they are serving two large mushrooms with about six or seven sliced red onions and 2 slices tomato for $10. Comes with portioned seasoning. Rip-off!

It's a Superstore. Not as big as the ones you see out west, but it has lots of everything. Plus there's a liquor store right next door.

It is almost okay if it wasn't for the prices to boost too much most of the seafood doubled the price since last year not always fresh like before I feel sorry for the ideology of management there is no official inspection of what's going on in every Department. Even produce. They are protecting the value but at the same time they are throwing the food in the garbage because people could not handle those numbers shame in the meantime is the same with Sobeys Market.it's only 2 companies in this province taking advantage of the excuse of delivery or gas price which is the gas price goes up they have to go up faster in the individual product driving the marked up every pound which is the triple earning money they could cover a lot even if they destroy a lot of products to the garbage who is suffering people they are paycheck to paycheck with losing them the balance of the budget I see one time they give her man followed but there is a stronger excuse from the leaders of the management of those people controlling all over.

Decent grocery store. Carries some different stuff than Sobeys, and I like that there is a joe fresh store. Often very busy, though - self-serve lines move way faster than regular check out.

I have been to this location twice now. I like the layout very much and the staff is wonderful. Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful.

Large with lots to offer. Plenty of parking but was filled to almost capacity on Sunday as it was a holiday weekend

I've noticed quite a few expired items on a regular basis so I'm always checking dates before purchasing.

Your door situation is messed up, why would you change that? Both doors were fine and allowed perfect flow. Tried to go in one side and it tries to direct me away from the produce I wanted. I try to go out the other door labeled exit and now it says alarm will sound. Bruh what are you guys doing? Ruined my morning thanks to your idiotic idea and BAD signage.

Krista gets five stars! I hope I spelled her name right. She was working the self checkout area the last couple of times I was there. She is a ray of sunshine and by far the most friendly person in the store. She really stands out.

I love superstore anyways, they always have new things, special asain product, we need that

Well I went in for throat Lozenges.they have a Pharmacy section. ALL OUT, NONE, NADA. Zilch, zero, no throat stuff at all.

Love going to the place. It has abundant and a diverse variety of ready to eat and frozen foods. The cakes are a plus

I find it's cold inside which is understandable because all the freezers but I find a lot of other stores find the balance in between. Other then that all their products are fresh
