Brewsters Bar & Grill

2: 45 min for a burger and fries. Worst place in Bedford Halifax bar none. Food was cold and dried out when it arrived. Definitely avoid.

To write now or calm down is the question…oh well! Now it is, although I will not forget anytime soon. The only good thing tonight was the band! I know it is St. Patty’s and all but don’t pretend to be able to serve food or beverages if you cannot even closely pull it off. 40 minutes for a drink list, food menu came right behind, another 30 minutes to order.hey, it’s busy.ok. BUT 2 3/4 hours to get a sandwich! C’Mon? We asked twice if our order was forgotten and being told it will get there when it gets there. (I did exhibit patience, it’s not their fault.right?) Not a surprise everyone has the same experience in waiting. Bad when tables clap when their food is delivered almost 3 hours in. The food was delivered, can we say ‘Stoufers’ frozen sandwich. Absolutely awful and the burger and Flatbread pizza were equally as bad; flatbread tasted microwaved and soggie. To have the waitress sigh when we asked for a glass for the can of beer, ‘ we don’t have anymore glasses’. Don’t expect a waitress to take drink orders, you are on your own to go to the bar. Hmmm…won’t catch me back there! Best of luck to those who dare to brave it, I certainly hope your experience is better! Note- I never write reviews but felt I owed it to paying customers looking for an inexpensive meal out, nobody needs to leave so disappointed in the food, service, attitudes of the staff (although I felt for them as it was busy) oh and one table brought a pizza in from Poppa Johns next door and ate it at the bar! That’s just embarrassing for this establishment! If you do go…watch out for the mice! I know.they are at most food establishments, just a heads up. Just overall bad experience!

Although they have a kitchen and menu it is almost impossible to eat there. Kitchen is closed pretty much always.

Bartender Brandin is an absolute sweetheart. Great customer service, friendly, and always keeping himself busy when hes not serving customers. He makes everyone feel like "a regular". That's why I've chose this as my local.

My son and I had a delicious lunch today.awesome clubhouse with sw potatoe fries.nice and crispy and my son had deluxe burger with sw potatoe fries. All in all we will be back and service was excellent.

Plenty of friendly capable staff and lots of tables for lunch. We meet once a month at Brewsters.

Awesome steak and awesome service so this was a year ago was awsome just went there today Jun 1 2019 sat ordered food and drinks waited 26 minute for drinks to be told there is only 1 guy running the bar yet I watched him take atleast 6 new orders giving them their drinks asked our sever 3 times for our drink final left after waiting 26 minutes for a drink to be told go to another place if your not happy always loved it there but this will be the last time ever

Brian the server/bartender is soooo nice! And extremely efficient. Super good with my little one. Above and beyond everytime from this guy.

Went for 1/2 price wings and a small salad. Both were really good, fresh and hot. Just prefer non-breaded wings better

We came in for a burger on burger night - it was chaotic - I'm not reducing my stars for that - we were expecting that. The burger was OK, the fries were really bad. We had both plain and "dirty fries" and both felt nearly inedible. Soggy, cold and just not great. The servers were run off their feet, but did their best and were friendly. The atmosphere was just not our vibe. Never did get my water, but did get dirty silverware. Customers were borrowing items from other tables. Just not a great experience and my second time feeling this way.

We were here for a glass of wine and dessert before heading for paint nite. The wine was $3 and the deep fried ice cream was amazing. Service was also quick, I definitely recommend.

Been coming here for the last 6 years. This use to be my favorite place to go. They have gone downhill fast. The food quality is terrible now and the portions have gotten smaller. Today was the last time i set foot in brewsters for food or drinks. Do yourselves a favor and go eat somewhere else

Don't order the fish and chips.
Worst fish I've ever had, soggy/gross, was it haddock? Why was I eating it?

Great bar, good music most of the time. Good food from the kitchen. They could improve on their table service.

I don't get to Brewster's as often as I used to since I moved away from Bedford. I was visiting friends and we decided to sre if it was as good as before. It was a Saturday night, before 6pm and the parking lot was packed. We went on anyway and found a seat by the window. We didn't realize that there was an auction going on. It seems they have auctions regularly for various groups. We still managrd to order our dtinks and meal without a delay and the food was still great. They have a special every day. We wished we knew about the auction so that we could have planned to stay longer. Overall, Brewster's is stillbery welcoming, the food is consistantly good and there are machines, if you want to try your luck at gambling. I recommend Brewster's to anyone who can't decide what thay want to eat. They have everything.

It's like a big neighborhood watering hole/gambling/restaurant/lounge that has live bands - and really good ones - my friends and I enjoy coming here to have a few pints of cold draught. It's got a down home vibe - nobody is pretentious and u can just let ur hair down and have a laugh.

Would like to see some brunch/breakfast items on the menu for the weekend.they used to have bacon and eggs but took it off about a month or so ago

The haddock did not taste like haddock.

I was really disappointed, usually it’s great.

It tasted like Cod, but not Haddock.

Would not recommend eating there anymore.

The food has gone downhill big time I heard.
