Gateway is a saving grace! Literally! These days with everything costing so much more, very thankful Gateway is so close to home! Well worth a visit - best to go first thing in the morning or later in the evening to avoid lineups.

The prices are amazing. They get people through the line up pretty quick. I dove 4 hours to go there and it was definitely worth the trip. Would highly recommend that if you're in the area to stop and shop.you won't be disappointed

I'd give this place a zero cause my wife spends all our money here but can't complain cause I'm well fed!

Good food with affordable prices. Love it. However, make sure you double check expiry dates or the food to make sure you don't take something that may be overripe. Other than being certain, it's worth it.

Great selection of produce both local and imported. All meat products excellent quality. Reasonable prices.

A good place to buy vegetables, the prices are good, and all the vegetables are fresh. I recommend it

As the old adage goes.cheapness and quality and convenience. You can only have 2 of the 3. Well. Gateway gives you the Cheapness and the Quality (not the Convenience.sometimes there are lineups). GREAT PLACE. (but.on occasion the cuts of meat and the quality can be a little bit lacking.). Love this place.even though on occasion it can disappoint.

Recently they have had vegan cheese products. Something you won't find at a competitive price anywhere else.

If you haven't been, I suggest a weekday. The weekends are always pretty busy!

Amazing place to get good priced meats. No social distancing involved. People are everywhere inside the building. Bumping into you and pushing their way through. Great meat and great pricing.

Great place with great deals. Wish the deals were on a "bit" more often as we have a long drive to get there.

Great place to go for meat of all types and produce at great prices! Lots of awesome frozen options too. A little bit of everything. It's a busy spot on the weekends but worth the wait! Definitely my favorite place to go!

Rude staff. Watched one staff member yell at a customer for asking if they had something and another pushed her way through people and almost knocked and older gentlemen to the ground.

Prices can't be beat. Be ready for a busy place though and be prepared for some of the most oblivious people in the world. It's a small market and some people just don't get the fact they aren't the only people in the world.

Has everyone knows.your store has a fair price on meat and other food. I feel good when we shop there.the staff is wonderful to. Thanks for being you.

There was an outside lineup but moved rapidly. Items seemed well stocked and I picked up more than I hoped to.

Very likely will NEVER go there again. Selection was ok for beef and pork but the only chicken available was wings. Prices were equal to going across the road to any other grocery store. The real deal breaker for me was the staff. I was yelled at by one staff member for bumping into a cart of stock just sitting in the middle of the isle. Fast foward 3 minutes and I witness a staff member plow through 2 customer. This employee came up on these 2 customers and basically leaned foward and used her shoulders to push through these customers. What happened to excuse me? The 20 something woman that was pushed didn't seem to concerned but the second customer was an elderly man that had to reach for one of the coolers to stop from falling to the ground. This is very unprofessional behavior for someone working in retail.

Great prices at the cost of minimal selection.

Crowded as the layout makes it easy to pass the first ⅓ of the store quickly, but the ⅔ of the store has ½ the product selection and is backed up with the registers. The last ⅓ of the store is baked goods and freezers, and always part of the checkout line.

Due to the pandemic, there was an awful amount of people in the store. There was no 6 ft rule. I will not be going back despite the sale prices they have.

Gateway is our go-to place for meat. Usually relatively affordable compared to the major retailers. Staff are also really polite.

Love Gateway. Always has the best sales and even reg priced items are often much cheaper here than other grocery stores.

Well where do I start,
Ok so I just walked out of Gateway sitting in my car in the parking lot writing this review

Stores are supposed to be operating at 25% capacity. There are 36 people in here that I counted. No one was social distancing, people reaching over carts of other people
People are right on top of others. This is why we get high numbers of covid because this is being allowed. It's horrible.

I will never be back at this store.
Shame on this business for not following protocol.

And btw 36 people is way over their capacity

Very disappointed. No organization for social distancing. People were all over the place even going back against the one way direction. 28 people is too many for this place.

Small line outside. Inside in places hard to social distance with stockers and other customers. By far 1 of the better flowing stores. Love their re usable bags!

Awsome deals fast clean with control at the door feels less crowed than before covid. Because of amount control let's in at a time.
Great staff hardest workers out there and they all keep smiling and are friendly. Thank you for the great service.

It's always great to get over there, and it has some top-notch meats, including bacon! I wish it were somewhere closer, but I'd that happened, everyone would get to it before me anyway!

It was full today, but they kept things quick, clean and organized.and friendly!

In and out stop, and always exactly what I need. And to top it off, the prices are so much better than those of a chain grocery store and the staff is always helpful

I agree there is great prices but the greed of this location is what bothers me on a few levels. First, not closing on November 11th, do they really need the business that bad? Secondly, not following social distance guidelines. I was in store this past Sunday, 29 November and people were not adhering to social distancing guidelines, store management itself not really controlling number of people in store - at least 25 in store when I was present. It seems it is all about the money at this location.

Always a good deal to be had great attitude just a little busy sometimes for us older folks over all a good place to shop
