Service was good. I ordered poutine. Skinny fires and very little gravy or curds. Meh. And the machine starts with a suggested min 18% tip. GTFO.

Kyle was my server and he without a doubt was there when I needed him, answered any questions I had, and made me feel like I was a valued customer.

Best chicken parm I've ever had. Food came fairly quickly, considering the place was packed.

Cassidy is a delight! Knowledgeable, funny, kind, charismatic, intelligent, bubbly, thoughtful, compassionate, and committed. Would come back anytime. And you just can’t beat those chicken fingers!

Went with the fam after a busy day of cleaning/moving. I didn’t get pics of the girls meals but one had a Asiago Chicken bow tie pasta dish and the other the sauces and tossed chicken fingers which apparently they are famous for. I had the Pad Thai and my partner had the crispy chicken sandwich with a side Caesar.
Server was soft spoken so hard to hear her amongst the busy restaurant.
The table we had was either lopsided or the floor was “caved”. Overall food was great and enjoyed by everyone. Pad Thai was a bit of a surprise as I didn’t expect a western restaurant to serve a decent Thai dish. Could have used a bit of Sriracha ;)

Just meh! Steak was very fatty.not cooked great either! Service was terrible.never again.avoid this place like the plague!

So whatever the nacho cheese sauce is, needs to go. Reminds me of velveeta cheese. Good job tie wings come with sauces because there is no taste otherwise not even salt and pepper! I know I am not in your face when you are serving me but nice why to ruin my birthday

My spouse and I were there tonight for dinner. Hadn't been here in a few years but always remembered it as a wonderful experience. Tonight however was not wonderful at all. We both order the classic burger, mine with ceaset salad, his with fries. The burger patties we clearly cooked earlier in the day and reheated. They were hard and very bland. Fries were OK but ceaser salad was not tasty at all (almost no dressing at all and the portion was really tiny). We also ordered 2 dirty blond beer (delicious) but the menu said 9.99 and were we charged 11.99 each. Not a good experience at all! Will not be back!

Came here just because we wanted to sit outside on a nice day. Our server, Cat, was truly amazing. All her suggestions were fire! Total satisfaction! Try their new Asian nachos app and new Jacks Caesar

We were sat at our table by the hostess, waited 20 minutes for our server to come and see us - after 20 minutes had passed we had decided to leave. It wasnt at all busy, maybe 5 tables sat in the whole restaurant.

DO NOT go here if you are gluten free. They have a gluten-free fryer, but it's right next to the batter station for the chicken strips. Therefore, flour is getting into the supposed "gluten free" fryer. I'd suggest finding another place nearby for gluten free.

The table we love Is quaint and feels so private.
Their crab dip is beyond good.
Perfect atmosphere for delicious food, great appetizers, and great bartending.

Two great visits in two weeks. Great quality food and friendly energetic servers and hosts at the front desk. Cocktails are also very tasty. Will be back, Keep up the good work!

This location has the worst customer service. I was just in with my freinds and while leaving one of my frnd lost her mask nd we were right in front of the exit door and the guy said u need to get out like seriously " Get Out" was his exact words we said we are leaving as when we entered we had our masks on when we entered. Like no one is suppose to say in such a way. Very insulting. Does'nt deserve one star either. Never coming back because of that white shirt guy.

Had to refund our meals, unfortunately they were incorrect. Not the server's fault, and we still tipped her after they comped our meal. The Kitchen needs to make sure they're paying attention when the place gets busy because many times if people decide to leave then the server loses their tip regardless of the service.

Very rude people work here, I had my mask on when I went in, I had my food, and I lost my mask, as I was trying to leave I wanted to say thank you to the lady near the door from a very far distance and she asked me to wear my mask so I told her that I lost mine and that I was leaving, a guy yelled get out, that is so rude and I am never coming back here I will never suggest anybody this place I know this guy won’t get fired over this but I hope he can learn some customers service.

Service was fine, but food is not as good as it used to be. Used to be a go to for work lunches but the quality of the food doesn't justify the prices.

Wobbly table; disappointed with appetizers; took long time to get drinks; we were really excited about dining there. Staff tried hard; experience just didn't live up to expectations.

Service was great and food ok however the place needs a good cleaning… I could have written my name in the dust around our booth, dust wends were covering the lights fixtures on top of our table and the bathroom was full of fruit flies…

We were disappointed. I know the Laval, QC jack Astor and I was expecting the same taste and the same food than Quebec.but no. It tasted like fast food, for example Wendy's. For 100$ bill, it's not worth it. Very disappointed.

The server is nice, but what a disappointment. I do not mind paying over a hundred, but with the pad Thai that taste like sugar has been spilled, dry chicken, stir fry veggie that seem to soak in plum sauce are just such a big mistake. Never will I ever go back.

Been a long time. It was a great return. The wait was minimal. The staff were very friendly. The burgers were fantastic. Sad that the Elvis booth is gone. RIP King.

I used to frequent JA in the past and would often get a pasta or burger, overtime this place has become lack luster in all respects. Menu is bland with overly high prices. Burger today came with brown and yellow lettuce. Beer wasnt chilled. We'll be taking this off the family outing choice list.

Good food, good setting, and friendly staff. I'm always satisfied when I visit Jack Astor's and recommend it to anyone looking for a cut above traditional pub food.

Very relaxing place to sit and eat. Entertaining background songs and atmosphere. They have these tvs up with little quick videos that you could just watch for hours. The food is always excellent quality and the only time I ever had a long wait, a manager came out unprompted, apologized, and gave me my food free. Good vegetarian options aswell if you need that.

Saw people pull food from a drink at an adjacent table, people leave from. Not being served. Plates to our table were also undercooked

Was my first time here and we really enjoyed it! I got The Memphis steak, and everything tasted good. I love their mushroom gravy with their steak so much! The crunchy onions and mushrooms were cooked perfectly, just the steak was a little bit too hard and dry.

My bf got the bbq burger, and it was tasty. The big plus for him was the beer, cuz they have Propeller Galaxy on tap. He really enjoyed his food and beer.

We also got the chicken fingers to share, omg I’m gonna say that their chicken finger prob is my top 1 in town.it was so juicy, tinder, and delicious! They also have so many flavors for their chicken fingers, def big recommend!

We definitely had a good time there, love the decor and the atmosphere! We love watching sports, so 100% will go back to get some chicken fingers and beer. The server was very nice as well. Big recommend to everyone!

Where do I begin.went out for a family dinner and what a disappointment. Our server was managing way to many tables. We had asked for straws several times and when she finally brought them she was holding them in her hand with no tissue. The ends of the straws were in the palm of her hand. Sadly the quality of Jack Astor’s has gone down tremendously-I used to be a regular but now will never return. Shrimp pomodoro $21.99 for over cooked pasta and tasteless sauce, was worse then chef boyardi. Then the replacement Asiago chicken bow ties was worst that the first dish. Again pasta over cooked & chicken was burnt. Smelt like a smoking BBQ. Kids chicken stir-fry was swimming in sauce tasted more like a dessert than an entree - my kid wouldn’t even eat it.
To be fair the chicken tenders are still top notch compared to any other on the market and the guacamole was delicious but not enough to save the overall experience.

My wife and I visit three or four times a year. We enjoy the bowls. I find the pad Thai and curry bowls excellent. The service is prompt and the wait staff pleasant and accommodating.

The resteraunt was great, space between tables and plexiglass between others. Our server was fantastic, very quick service and extremely personable. She made the dinner experience all the better, would go back 100%

Had the Memphis steak dinner with loaded baked potato. Great meal and great service. Good spot to go for higher end pub food.
