A beautiful corner deep on the Annapolis Valley with breathtaking views and plenty of tranquility

Great beach to just sit back and relax. Never seen it crowded. There is a ramp to get down to the sand. There is a boat launch. Seasonal canteen.

Great beach to watch the sunrise. There is no one so you have the beautiful beach to yourself! Enjoy the view and relax.

Beautiful beach and the water is very warm. A great place to swim and bring your kids and pets. There is also an ice cream store.

Beautiful spot just to enjoy the wonderful scenery even on a cold winters day. Needed some me time and met a very lovely person who moved here from BC just to come to the east coast for a change. I told that said person it was the best decision they made. Gotta love NS

This beach is an absolute delight! It's not a large beach (like Mavillette), but it affords the opportunity to truly experience the drama of Fundy tides. In the summer there's a canteen, which offers burgers, fries, ice cream, etc. Picnic tables are available, as are outdoor privvies.

Good beach for walking and tide watching. Mucky in places. Ice cream bar and basic outhouse facilities.

Get a understanding of the tides before going if you have never visited any bay of fundy spots! It's a unique experience!

It has a good view of the cliffs, but the beach itself isn't anything to write home about. The sand is full of rocks, hay and shells, and the water is slimy and murky. There's a little building there that sells water and icecreams.

It's a nice beach with a canteen that serves ice cream and also fish & chips, hamburgers that kind of things. The parking gets a bit limited a times. Some evenings people go down and have bonfires.

Each beach has it's own uniqueness. This is a great spot to experience the Bay of Fundy tides. At high tide the beach will be much smaller. But at low tide you will have a very large area to explore.

Not that great beach, Beautiful views! Milk shakes too expensive! $5.00 for a milk shake is too much!

If your looking for somewhere to swim on a hot day do not go to this beach. It is beautiful to look at but when the tide is out during the day, you have to walk across the sand for about 15-30 mins to reach the water. But this is no ordinary sand it's disgusting is some places. It's sludgy and gross. We were hot and wanted to go for a swim but never really did. The children did not like it that much and the adults were frustrated and tired.

This is not a sandy beach, but if you’re looking for Nova Scotia mud in between your toes at low tide, you’ve come to the right place. The same treatment is offered at spas for hundreds of dollars, but all the mud you’d want is free as free can be. Made my feet feel great. Topped off the walk with some ice cream and french fries from the little concession stand, where the service was great (two young women, as pleasant as can be), and the ice cream was 50% off! The fries were similar to the ones that are at Costco’s hot food counter - very crispy and delicious. They gave us an extra dipping sauce too. We got spicy mayo, and there were many other options. The classics - mayo, sweet and sour, bbq… I was impressed they were all offered.

Great beach. Need to note tide times as high tide has little beach and low tide, water is miles away. The snack shop is excellent

We arrived there at low tide. It was rather muddy, but once you get down to the water, it's not so bad. The tide comes in pretty quickly, so if you're planning on staying for a while, you can follow the tide in, which makes for a much cleaner walk back to the car.
There's washrooms there, which is great. Also, lots of parking and nice ramps to get down to the beach.

Dirtiest and worst beach ever, completely infested with bugs. Please stay away from this muddy dirty beach at all costs. Not worth anyone's time.

A very nice family place, a lovely beach to walk on, has a boat launch and you can grab an ice cream or burger there although food a little pricey

Food was overpriced with slow service. Beach is very muddy and hard to walk on. Water is always dirty. Go to Scots Bay instead

Beautiful beach, warm salt water in summer, canteen facilities available as well during the summer

Always a great beach to visit but be aware that occasionally the sand fleas will drive you homeward.

Beautiful beach, warm, calm water, compared to the Atlantic. Fun to watch the tides come and go. Great for swimming at high tide and exploring the coast and beach combing at low tide

Beginning at Kingsport beach, we began our journey a couple hrs before high tide and made our way up the Minas Basin coastline to Paddy's Island. Timing was perfect and we were able to paddle through the holes of the sand formations. Coming back was much different however as the tides were changing and this made for a much more challenging paddle.wonderful experience I will never forget ‍️

Lovely and clean beach. It is very intetesting to watch the tide come in and the beach dispear. At low tide you can walk almost a kilometer to the waters edge.

It's pretty over here but would rather go to Blomidon as it's a much bigger beach, but it's great if you live nearby and want a dip in the water.

Just feel the sand up through your toes, the sea yes the smell of things. Cannot wait until this coming season. It seems like each time you visit this place, you see it all over again.
