A celebration on New Years Eve. My favourite on the menu is French Dip with fries but everyone, including the children, was pleased with the meal and service. I can't wait to go again!

Had a delicious meal! Service was excellent. Atmosphere was fun. Love the booths in the bar area. Feels like you are in a private space but there are people around you. Will be back.

Nadine was incredible. We had a tough day and incredible service and friendly personality made our night better and the food and service were great!

I've gone to Moxies numerous times. I've never been disappointed. Food is delicious. Staff are friendly and very efficient. They work together to ensure customers are given the best service possible. Great job, Moxie's!

Came in around 1: 30 on dec 23rd. Place wasnt overly busy. Maybe a bit more than handful of tables on the lounge side. The girls at the door showed us to our seat in a round booth close to the window and gave us our menus. 45 minutes later no one had come to take any orders or check on us at all. My wife made eye contact with one of the servers and the server looked away quickly and stared out the window. We got up and left. Not likely to ever go back. Plenty of other choices around dartmouth. We went to seamus davids around the corner and we were in, served, and ate in under 40 minutes. Came to use a $25 gift card and have a nice meal. We'll be giving it to someone else.

Great service and delicious food! The mushroom sirloin and the white chocolate brownie are fantastic.

Our service tonight was very poor, unattentive and very slow in regards to our server. The food once ordered came out quick however our server would disappear for 25 minutes at a time. Unfortunately we couldn't order second drinks and didn't even have time for dessert. We had plans after dinner and even though we had an hour and half sitting barley had time for only a main. There's a lot of strange and rediculous details about this experience but overall just extremely disappointing.

Came in here for a late night date with the Mrs. I can't remember our server at the lounge but she was top knotch. It wasn't very busy which was awesome. We had a couple appies which were cooked really well. Our serve reccomended the feta and roasted tomatoes dip. FML was it friggen good. We'll probably come back for more date nights.

I took my family of 5 out to dinner to celebrate my sons 23 birthday. The staff were amazing from the time we walked up to the door to enter. A staff member greeted us and even opened the door for us. I asked to be seated in a corner or near a window, I did not want to be in the centre of the restaurant, they not only accommodated me they put us in a booth off to the side, almost hidden away. It was so nice and comfortable, great for celebrating an occasion. Service was outstanding, food was delicious and my entire family was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Highly recommend Moxies, we will be going back. Thanks to our server for such an amazing job ensuring all of our needs were met, sorry I can’t remember her name.

We've had excellent, excellent meals here in the past; but this time the steak was just plain tough. It took was difficuly to cut even with the steak knife. When I raised this with the staff they said "Yeah, you have a bad cut of meat. "
Still a nice place, and I think this was just a one off experience.

Atmosphere was lovely, staff was friendly, food was meh. Had a steak meal that was tough and bland for the price. My wife had nachos, those were ok.

Went there tonight. Had the beef dip. It tasted like something from Tim Hortons. 150$ plus tip. Won't be returning. The burger was dry as a bone. The nachos were good though.

Wonderful atmosphere and very tasty food.

I have a service dog and we were given a great table with a view of everything. Many places put us in corners or out of the way, not Moxie's. We had a wonderful time.

My tuna stack was really bland. I usually love it. My brother in law had a cracked wine glass. Now I didn't complain about my tuna, it was edible for sure. And they took care of the wine glass situation quickly and had a replacement right away. The blackened chicken sandwich my husband had was amazing! As were the shrimp tacos my sister had. My vegan sister and husband loves the tofu cashew wraps. They smelled delicious.
The service was amazing and fast. We will be back.

Regretfully, this restaurant now is showing all of the signs of a place that is about to go out of business. The menus are so well worn that half of the printing on them is unreadable, and every item we were going to order, was out of stock. We wanted the guacamole, they didn't have all the ingredients, so then we wanted the beef vindaloo, no beef. And we wanted the poke bowl, no tuna. Regretfully, I have seen this happen with restaurants that were going to go under, they stopped ordering supplies, and just used up everything they had in stock until nothing was left, and then it was over. I hope that's not the case, but when you're out of stock on that many items, and your menus are almost unreadable because they are old and well worn, those are not good signs.

Our server was delightful and really went above and beyond to look after us. The food was great as always!

Went for appies and 1/2 price drinks. It was fun. The food was yummy and the service was on point.

I was here with a group one evening.about 25 of us. A steak ordered rare came out well done. A platter of lettuce wraps had very little lettuce. They were out of the dessert I ordered. And twice a mouse ran over the tables! To be fair, when brought to their attention all the meals were free. Aside from the mouse, the restaurant is quite beautiful.

Don't bother, over priced and makes you feel bloated. Tried it three times and the white brownie is the only thing worthwhile.

Food was just ok. My steak was over cooked and tough. It is so dark in the restaurant I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu

Service is great here but I find the food just okay. There are lots of choices on the menu with some vegan and gluten free options.

Broccoli Soup is delicious, I had it with the lunch combo. Overall the service was great but I find the prices are a bit high and has a very limited menu.

Service at first was awesome.then not so great. Foood was not as described in menu. For the price I would have expected better.
