Always have a great experience here. Especially since the renovations. Self checkout staff are always really responsive and helpful!

This can be a very busy store with lineups at check out registers as well as being very crowded. Advertised sale are a hit and miss when trying to find them in stock.

Good for variety and specials. Only knock is rarely more than 2 checkouts. Always a line up

Love this store. Great deals, clean, bright and employees are always happy. Says alot for the management there. Kudos

They sell frozen desserts that have previously been defrosted for whatever reason. Sometimes the Ace Bakery baguettes taste like they were swapped with their own baguettes. Also I no longer buy raw beef and chicken here as it was not fresh from previous purchases. Self serve checkouts are often too loud.

Overpriced no basket grab a small cart on your way in because there are never none in the store.

I had to update my review as I noticed 5 years ago I had given this store 5 stars - now I don't think it deserves any stars but forced to give one. The prices at Superstore are way out of wack and superstore has I believe the highest of all the large chains. I think part of the problem may be that now rotten food is worth more to a business to throw away and write off than it is to sell! So the prices are oit of touch and unrealistic to the point that they ensure they are getting what the groceries are worth- once they arw rotten and discounted. Sad sad sad - it's a nice clean store, but very rarely do I set foot in the door anymore!

Started going there regularly and quite like the store and the other businesses in there.its always clean and the staff seem nice

You have to walk all the length of the store from the entrance to get past the registers to shop for groceries. This is not a great set up for anyone.

Honestly just had the best experience I've ever had here. I had an issue at Walmart where they wouldn't match the price that was falsely advertised on the shelf and I went to superstore and within 5 minutes I was helped out and everything was taken care of I cannot exactly remember his name but he knows who he is and he absolutely made my day I will be coming here for everything in the future!

Be careful there’s a lot of expired products on the shelves. 1 star because Galen Weston is a IRL version of Logan Roy.

I was wondering if the customers were important enough to provide parking spaces closer to the doors and have the staff in their own spaces at a distance.

Store was busy, most registers were open, shelves well stocked and tidy, floors relatively clean considering the slushy weather

I love the layout, I love the lighting. Also the view from the second floor aisle leading to the washrooms is amazing! Take the elevator or the stairs! It's a great view (photo to follow soon)

It's all in the title folks (omg I just made you all say folks lol) real Canadian super store, real people not staff, real Canadian, really super, whether I have a full list or just popping in to grab a jug of milk my visit at superstore is always a pleasent one they have knowledgeable employees ready to help, super fast, super friendly, thank you Superstore:)

The prices are far better than the other others in our area. The things I have difficulty with are:
When the store is busy, alot of shelves are empty and the cashier's do not understand some people have disabilities and cannot pack groceries as fast as the average shopper. My bread was squashed, my bleach tipped over (thank goodness it didn't leak all over my groceries), but I can go on and on. Also, someone's sugar left a trail which I almost slipped on. When I told one of the workers, her reaction was: Why are you telling me? I told her I almost slipped on it. She said: . I'll find someone. It's not normally this bad, but the shelves are often bare.

We almost always do the PC express now. Very friendly and helpful people doing that. It is such a great program especially for Moms who have a hard time getting through the store with the kids. They bring the groceries to your car trunk, you don't even need to get out out, unless you like to help.

The main reason I like Superstore is because of the great selection of fresh Produce and the cleanliness of the place in general

Great place to shop. Most folks there are friendly. Very helpful.once in awhile you get someone must have had a bad day, they just said it's over there somewhere. Most folks show us where it is.
Again like any other store expensive. Just watch for them sales.

The shelves are usually fully stocked. Good prices, staff is friendly, the meat is also of good quality. The produce is very hit or miss, especially the berries and grapes. Sometimes they’ll be awesome, but other times, the berries/grapes are squished and mouldy. I’ve started taking extra care to ensure there is no mould or anything that appears to be the start of mould anywhere on the fruit before I put it in my cart. The points program is good.

Usually has great options for people with food allergies, but will not accomodate people with disabilities to work there (ie stool for cashiers). So that's why I am not giving those last two stars. I encourage Superstore staff to become Equal Opportunity Employers.

Sackville location is convenient. Typical grocery store but you can grab Tim hortons, then smokes, go shopping and get liquor on the way out all while in one spot.

Don't go in here close to the closing time, went to the checkout with a small cart of groceries (12-15 items) and the cashier was toxic. All she talked about is how the store closed in 40 mins and how she hates when its busy near closing time with a coworker. Even the supervisor came over a chimed in on how she hates it too. Your sign says open till 9pm! It was 8: 20 when i went through the check out. Get a staff that wants to work or stay a couple minutes late once and awhile.

We do about 95% of our grocery shopping at this location and love not only the ease of the layout but find we typically get what we need. Rarely out of stock.

I am saddened when I go into Superstore and so much of the produce is from far away. I get it in the winter but it is awful that they have the same practices in the warmer months. I brought it up to a produce guy once asking why no local and he just shrugged and walked away. Support local! They are the ones supporting you superstore!

Popped into this store when visiting my daughter in Sackville. Was. Pleasantly surprised by the choice of veggie /vegan food on offer.

Food return policy is excellent. Produce is fresh, meat looks fresh. Mostly stocked sales items, but willing to give rainchecks.

Always friendly and there is a young man who was doing carts one day and was beyond helpful. He helped me find a cart for my babies car seat to sit in. Store is always clean and friendly.
