It's sobeys. Not much else to say. If you know, you know. Update: prices are getting out of hand.

Had some bad experience when I ask the lady to write a birthday wishes on the cake. She showed all her arrogance.that is not how they are supposed to behave. If she cannot write she should let me know instead of showing her arrogance.

Remodeled store is really nice. Well laid out, and lots of variety.

They have sensory reduced shopping hours, but I don't know what the schedule is.

Not many in masks these days.

I go out of my way to go to this Sobeys. I find it has the best selection and it's the only one I've found that carries a fresh unfrozen rapport pie from my hometown. I find the layout a little weird to get around from the bakery/meat section to the rest of the store but still 5 out of 5 stars
Update, still my favorite sobeys in the city although it's getting more rare to find the small square rappie pies they carried, update Haven't seen the rappie pie in awhile

A nice store that really likes to overprice most of the stock. Aside from the sale items (the only things I will buy) the prices are far from competitive. Prices continue to be absurd for many items and Sobey's will not price match. I will shop at Giant Tiger and Superstore who are currently offering Price Matching; the only fair way to shop.

Very busy most of the time.lay out is kinda confusing. The meat dept has an interesting feature of "aged beef" done in store. Good for cookouts

Sobeys Clayton Park is close to my heart, I assisted in opening the store with Ernie N. It was a pleasure and an honor to work with him Thank you Ernie.

Has what I'd expect from a grocery store sometimes really good deals, but like all grocery stores these days, you have to shop smart and shop around. Pharmacy staff were great.

Something to keep an eye out for at Sobeys are the "This Store Only" sales. Stock that might be getting close to date is usually marked down yo clear out.

I am a regular customer of Sobeys, and love to shop from lacewood branch. But I am truly disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the sales associate named Madhav. I was on the line to pay for my groceries and he was busy flirting with the customer ahead of me. And it was waste of time for me while he was taking longer time with his unnecessary talks with the lady. It was unpleasant shopping experience due to the pay counter as all other staffs were polite and friendly.

Good to see someone at the door keeping count but the checkout process needs to be better. Its basically a free-for-all and people need direction.

Better meat section, IMO, than the Bayers Lake location of their main competitor, but overall still pricey. Conveniently located, clean, well-stocked but customers were NOT following Social Distancing rules yesterday (May 29/2020) when we were there - that is very frustrating to me. Also, there were no staff members around trying to enforce them either.

For grocery shopping between Joe Howe and Bayers Lake, this really is the nicest store. It's been recently renovated, and has a good variety. However, Sobeys is typically a bit more expensive than its competitors. The price is worth it for the meat, but it's up to you for everything else.

Had to double back once cause I forgot something in the bakery, my own fault, but the arrows made it so confusing - there are some places where there's multiple aisles all going the same direction clustered together, and some where the direction changes half way (in produce).

Had to buy some flowers for a friend who had lost a family member, went to the floral department for help picking some out. Bailee was great, super helpful in choosing what flowers and colours to choose, and arranged a few packages of flowers into a beautiful bouquet for us!

Great place to get what you need. As usual for the last 2 decades, no one really around to help, but that's the world we live in these days.

Always find what I'm looking for and always meeting up with family or friends I know, it's like a family gathering when I shop at sobeys

Sobeys in Clayton Park is a beautiful store with high end cheese selection and cold meats for your charcuterie board, hot hearty food to go, many salads keto and pizza to die for! I love shopping at this store and always treat myself from the bakery. Great professional staff!

Please bring FreshCo to Nova Scotia. I miss that store. At least Sobey in Ontario had organic beef and natural chicken. FarmBoy was the best.

Standard Sobeys, nothing out of the ordinary. Clean, good stock, efficient staff, interesting selection of specialty items, like bread varieties.

Was a lot different than I had remembered it being. Loved the huge natural section. Layout is different but seems to flow very well.

The Butchers and meat shop is amazing! They have the feel and service of a family run butcher combined with selection and quality of a Billion dollar grocer.

This is a very busy store, so you may have to park further away than you'd like during peak periods. Really good sele tion of fresh veggies, organics, bakery, etc. The butcher counter has a smaller selection than some places but what they do have is excellent. Most of the prices are better than Costco, especially sale items.

We had terrible shopping experience here today. Bad customer service and rude staff. A manager named Ed was really rude to us and refused to solve our problem. He even told us to go away and not to waste his time. It is not a nice way to treat a customer like this. Good luck when you shop here.

This is a Sobeys Extra store and is loaded with a wide variety of quality products. The store is clean, well organized and bright. Staff here are very helpful and will stop what they are doing to give you full attention to answer your questions. A great store chain with quality products.

Entire store is very disorganized. Can never find so many things and no one around to ask. The bakery and meat section is so so cold I don't even want to go there. The designers need some serious assistance on how to set up a grocery store.

Only got as far as the butcher.convoluted layout made it hard to find what you actually wanted.sales were improperly marked all over the place, products werent in the right spots, and staff took no responsibility for mistakes made.left empty handed out of frustration.

I love snooping around in the cheese Dept there and the staff really know their stuff- with their good advice, I try a new one nearly every week, and I haven't been disappointed yet.
