I I was approached by an employee and was asked if the could help me. I wanted to purchase a printer. He asked what I would be using the printer for and he guided me to a couple of options. Both perfect for what I needed. He told me about the paper which was on sale. I really appreciated his help.

Friendly staff and clean store. Found the section we were shopping in was a little disorganized, likely due to back to school shopping? They were out of stock on the paper product we were looking for, unfortunately.

Unhelpful and lazy always have to wait for someone to come to help and nothing is in stock yet still on display. I go to Bedford rather than deal with them now.

Abby in the printing station is such a sweetheart! She is very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Not enough bodies there. Also it would be nice to have carts stored around the store. Especially around the paper products, they're heavy.

We purchased a new lap top and a very knowledgeable and helpful older man easily guided us through the process of our needs and only took less than 15 minutes. Very happy with our purchase and our sales person.
