Every Staples store is the same. NOT SO! This Staples has better product selection, this store has a much better layout and the employees are happier and more customer service oriented, yes they are!

Received excellent service, but when used the women's washroom, there was no toilet paper in the stall, shreds of it all over the stall, the toilet wasn't clean, no soap in one dispenser, and the garbage was overflowing with used, crumpled paper towels. No one is checking the washroom all day? Pretty disgusting for otherwise such a lovely store.

The staff were just great. I walked in to get some papers copied. They were there all the way with me. A big thank you to the young lady who helped me.

Staff are all kind and friendly I had to come from an hour away and they put aside a few items for me. It was an all around good experience.

My terrible experience with a printing salon was incredibly frustrating. I needed to print 20 certificates (10 sheet) for my business, and there were no corrections required, just a straightforward printing job.

When I approached the lady at the front desk, she informed me that due to heavy traffic, she couldn't print them right away. She suggested either picking them up the next day or paying extra for urgent service. I opted for the latter option.

Upon returning the following day, I found that the certificates had been printed, but they were horribly cut with jagged edges. The lady at the desk agreed to print new ones.

To make matters worse, I made the mistake of not counting the certificates immediately (despite paying for 10) and later discovered that I only received 5 sheets. Additionally, the paper quality was subpar, resembling regular paper rather than the cardstock I had expected.

As a result of the assistant's negligence, I had to make a third trip and waste my time again.

Ordered a print using the Fuji crystal archive line.had a problem with damage from shipping.they promptly refunded my money and reordered the print for free. The reordered print was perfect upon receipt. I cannot say enough about Staples customer service.they were fantastic. I highly recommend their Fujifilm crystal archive service! Thanks Staples for your outstanding customer service!

I recently visited this Bedford Commons Staples in my area looking at laser printers/shredders etc, and had one of THE BEST experiences ever! I was quickly greeted by a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable new employee, Seba (? Spelling). He went over and above the call of duty to help me with all my questions, in a timely professional way. I also want to note that Denise also went over and above to give me, once again, the BEST customer service with a smile! It really makes a difference in one’s day to know there are such wonderful people out there that really enjoy helping others. Hats off to these great staff members…. They deserve the best!

Ok as Staples stores go.it didn't take too long to find a staffer to help me and they knew their stuff. It's just a smaller location with limited items and clearly not a corporate priority for restocking.

I visited several staples today to purchase some items for my kids, and I'd like to say the staffs here is the most friendly and the kindest. Especially, one of the staffs was really helpful and I'm really thankful to her!

This week I went to purchase 3 items including office chair on sale. Two items where not in stock. Customer rep was friendly and helpful but took to long to retrieve the chair from storage.
