They simply just do not allow you to buy anything online from them if you don't have a canadian credit card. Cannot use paypal, debit cards, anything. Funny.

I received great advice and support regarding a purchase of earphones. Leon was such a polite, knowledgeable tech assistant at the Gottingen store as well as over the phone on two different occasions. He helped explain in-store products, phoned other locations to find the desired product and was such a helpful staff member. Thank you Leon!

Ordered online for pickup. Simple items. Two days later it’s still “processing” and they don’t answer their phone

I experienced great customer service in the printout / copy section. These folks are doing their best. Manager Kevin went above and beyond. He granted me a very fair refund when the copying machine messed up. However, quality of the printouts was great. I was very pleased with the service.

Good location, hardly any parking, avoid at busiest times if driving otherwise great store.

Very poor service. Just get some info you need to wait and watch the person to respond to you. It took me 20 mins get one info about shipping charge. Pathetic. One or two person is handling whole store and very few to attend you.

It’s a Staples in a good location. My main complaint is online pickup takes longer than actually finding the product in store and buying it normally. I’ve done a couple orders this way and in both cases the process seems to be completely paper-based and very slow.

Terrible customer service. Women working there, has no interest in work and doesn’t even know how to speak with customers. Went to pick up order and asked her for two times that I am here for pickup and she was behaving rudely and not interested in customers at all. I always go to this store for printings and order pick up and never had this kind of experience before with any other representatives. Company should consider customer’s feedbacks.

Never staff available at print desk. Expect a very long wait regularly at the print desk, even if youre picking up an order. 3/5 staff unfriendly. I'm here a couple times a month. It's basically next door otherwise I'd try out another location. Maybe they're all like this.
