I walked down to Staples with my dog; I needed some printer paper. They had lots of printer paper and when I paid they had little dog treats for my dog.

Check prices before you buy, some of their items are sneakily marked wayy up. But very convenient office supply store, good return policies, I go several times per year.

Do not go here to price match unless you want to be interrogated and have a half hour to waste. Every single item, including glue for $1.19 has to be looked up, confirmed in stock, and printed. They might as well just not price match. I went to Wal-Mart instead.

UPDATE: Thanks Staples for your non-response. I did reach out to your customer service email and they confirmed your price match policy requires every single item to be confirmed. They would not answer how this aligns with "We will not be undersold", which is stated in the policy. You should stop stating that customer satisfaction is a top priority, when it clearly isn't.

Ordering your back to school essentials through online pickup options are a huge time saver!

Went there for printing work and lady at counter told me that they close printing section at 6: 30 and i was there at 6: 48 and its also not even mentioned anywhere that close some sections early like put some information out there.
Very disappointed with their service

One of the worst store when it comes to customer service. Made me run all the way for cash to get a passport size picture clicked and denied after visiting the store because there way only 15 minutes left for closing and they were lazy enough to get the work done even after one of the store member said to get the cash and they will get it done. Highly Disappointing.

Great service, got some business cards made. I ordered them on a Saturday and they were ready by Monday morning. Price was great too

The store is awesome but the employees are very rude i guess they hate their job. No help nothing i can see from the reviews lot of people had same experience, manager should teach their employees what is customer service or switch to self checkout machine.

Good luck doing a online pickup from this store. At one point i thought they gonna ask my criminal background check for verification, people there just like to make things complicated. Was keep telling me it was my fault for their website glitch, had to cancel the order. Employee named Taran kudos to him for the exceptional service he didn't do.

I went to Staples to inquire about a Google product they sell. After a number of staff looking at me but none offering to help I finally walked over to a store rep and asked to speak to whomever could provide me with info about the Google product I was looking at and he told he knew about the product. I asked very basic questions (because I don't know enough to ask any complicated questions). The staff member didn't know the answer to 2 of my 3 questions. His reply was "Well I think. " I politely told him I needed definite answers, and they weren't forthcoming. I left Staples and went to Best Buy. The young man there was informative and when I asked questions he didn't know the answers to, he found out the answers for me. Granted, I am an older consumer but the money in my pocket is as good as the next person. I get annoyed with being overlooked or under served.

I experienced the most unprofessional service here. The lady working behind the printing counter was downright rude and inappropriate. I will not be back!

Well. I took 2 papers to get laminated.told they were behind and to leave them with them.week later I call to check on them and they report they aren't there and must have been lost. Absolutely ridiculous.they were the only copies I had.was told they'd check with weekend crew but never heard back.will never shop here again for anything unless I am reimbursed somehow for something they CANNOT replace.

Very slow service today, I'll continue going to the crossing much better service makes it well worth the longer drive.
