Service is speedy but Christmas photos are more important than a photo for a funeral that is tomorrow. The gentleman on the phone with me on Monday was great, customer service in the store is not so great.

My friend bought a gaming monitor and we got a pretty good price for the curved screen and a 165hz refresh rate. The employees were knowledgeable and east to deal with.

I've called this store more then 6 times. Selected multiple sections. Not one person answered the phone. I understand it gets busy, but this is completely unprofessional.

Staff were completely disinterested in customers. Store was tidy, but almost none of the back to school items had price tags. With the staff at the front of the store chatting to each other, there was no one to ask the price of various items I saw, so I ended up just leaving. Some things are only available in store but after that I'll just deal with what's online.

Was good and friendly customer service. Prices are pretty high compared to Amazon. But a good experience overall.

Well that was GARBAGE service

Found a decent chair on sale. It wasn't in boxed stock. They'd have to order it in, with me paying first, & only by cc.

They refused to sell the floor model.

They refused to sell via debit.

Really helpful staff! Needed to print something and being old school thought we would be out of luck because we forgot to save it on a USB but learned there is an easy email option now. Staff kindly let us know and offered help. Great experience

Ordered unique die cast stickers here, great service and help but took some time to arrive. They should start their own in house specialty printing and stickers.

Staples Antiginish has great potential BUT it lacks the customer focus. I wanted to return an item tpday that was not working but I didn't have my receipt. However I DID have the credit card used and I DID have the original packaging. But manager insisted I needed the total amount of the receipt (well I did not have the receipt so this was a no go). Nobody was willing to have a little look in the sales of last week. I really felt that I was being a real bother to staff, as I stood their with my failed SD card. I will get over it.but Staples Antigonish may not last with this approach.

Make it make sense.
Nothing is in any particular order, Things missing from shelves. USB adaptors can be spread across like five different aisles. It's weird.
