Excellent products, good prices. I had to purchase a scanner for my work. And it is the best one I've ever had. And staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Good assortment of items and sales. Staff may sometimes be less attentive. Printing and copy area is good for our community.

There were 4 staff working. The lady at the print counter (who was busy with a small line of customers, and still tried to help me) and 3 young men (who would rather chat and socialize with each other than help customers). I was looking for something specific and even tried to call the store from the aisle I was in. You could hear the phone ring and see the employees but not one was willing to answer the phone or help when asked.
I went elsewhere and got what I needed.

I had a one-page doc to print. Lady sent me to the back of the printer line at 10 am, then again at 11 am, and then again at 1: 00 pm. I finally got a printer but had to buy a gift card to print my one page. I bought my card only to have a card error. At this point the lady said she'd print it for me. It took her 10 seconds. She could have helped me hours earlier. She had no customers at her kiosk.

Every time we go it's around 630 (they close at 7) in the evening. Immediately the staff mention to us they are closing soon and can they help us, semi blocking the way in.

It was ten minutes to as we were paying for our fax we sent and a young lady popped in. They heavily implied to her that they were closed and she couldn't come in. She mentioned she just needed pens and they very reluctantly welcomed her in.

You close at 7. Not 630. Not ten to 7. You are retail. If someone comes in last minute you take them and treat them right. Do better Staples management. As a store manager myself I would never let my staff act this way.
