I can’t believe how bad the customer service at the print shop.
There one tall girl I don't know the name she just ignoring the big line. I don't want to come again here

I received the email confirmation that my photo printing order was ready for pick up. When I showed up, there was a massive lineup and only 1 staff helping who kept leaving. I waited 1.5 hours to grab my order.

Dear owner, manager, or anyone that is capable of giving employees a raise, give that man Ahmed Elsorogy a raise now. Best customer service I've ever had. He was polite, professional, quick, and patient. Ahmed Elsorogy deserves a raise.

I took passport size photograph. The lighting and the resolution and the quality was very very poor. The Indian girl who was taking pictures and asking me to buy a USB to transfer the digital photo along with the print out was not a professional photographer. Wasted 25$ for photos and 18$ for the USB stick. Take passport photos elsewhere and not in this Staples shop. She has no clue about the size or dimensions or the lighting. Utter waste, poor service

Received amazing help from Angela at the print shop. She was very patient and was excellent at trouble shooting.

Sales rep was very pleasant but did not listen to the question nor understood the difference between a mono and stereo cable in a tech store

Went to staples for passport photos for myself and 3 kids. We're in and out in 20 mins. Fast and Great Service. All the associates were pleasant and helpful when I had a question.

Solutions shop (Where print and stuffs deals) is worst! Long wait. Even a small help needs hours of wait. There is no one to care people or the people working there always busy. Need more people at the solutions shop. Many time experiences.
Even one star is too much for their service.

Service was good but inventory is not great, if you want selection, need to order online like most places these days

I'm giving 2 stars instead of one because of the kindness of one of the managers. The experience though now resolved through higher channels. Staples as a company is great and did fix what was one of the worst i have ever had as far as customer care. At least one of the sales people and one of the supervisors were awful. Since it's too much to type and it is now resolved. I do so hope that going forward after my complaint that the service improved and that the people/ person was reprimanded.

One star is too much for this store, terrible just terrible service, the person I dealt with over charged me for something I didn't ask for and didn't give me a choice. I am none to pleased. I am contacting management in the morning something needs to be done about this.

I had most terrible and weird experience I came back from the store with my work incomplete. They didn’t help me. They don’t know how to treat customers.

Staples can always be counted on to be the same and look the same. Makes things much easier to find.

Lots of parking knowledgeable staff, willing to help. Went to the warehouse to retrieve a printer for us
