Yesterday I tried to make an order by the online website.
At the end of the order the customer should choose the payment method. There are two options, credit card or e-transfer. I chose credit card. Actually this option is not available. You can't choose the time for delivery, nobody calls back.
I waited for the delivery two days. I called to the store 3 times I got lots of excuses and instead of a compensation I was offered to pay a little more for delivery Terrible service

The host responds aggressively to every negative review. Learn to accept criticism with dignity. Because your store is not perfect.

Not the first time when i heard stories about expired products, candies with warms, etc. Decided to write this review after seeing as owners are advertising caviar “ kremlin standards” on their facebook page. I think all world knows now what are real kremlin standards, and position of owners of the store about ruzzian invasion of Ukraine is pretty clear based on this advertising. Especially in that time when so many big companies in the world trying to break any ties with russia now.

Today it was my first time visiting the store together with my daughter.
I was so happy with the Product Range they had in the store. The owner and his lovely wife were so friendly and very nice! They helped me in every way the could finding what I needed. I was extremely happy to find that they have fresh kielbasa (a sausage from Poland) they are amazing and so delicious. They are a great sausage to eat right away or to put on your BBQ! You will surprise your guests with these sausages. They also have great bologna meat and other Wonderful goodies to put on your piece of bread. Trust me I will go back very soon and visit the yummy deli store ️

I love this store. I could never leave empty handed when visiting. Even better, the fact you can order from their selection and get it delivered to your doorstep. Service always fast and without headaches. I definitely recommend the store to others and will continue ordering myself.

Great shop to buy tasty European food. I go here to buy food that I miss from back home in Russia. The staff is nice and friendly.
