NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I had my car shipped by this company (Abrams) and ended up losing all my items that were in the car (2 big bags with clothing, hand bags, my shoes, laptop etc) after they assured me that so long as they are safely secured in the car, they should be fine. However, My car window was broken (the wrote in the email that it was broken on the enroute and when I made the call asking for more details on how my car window was broken and how my items were stolen, they changed story saying that it was broken while at the parking lot before shipping). The distance to be covered for delivery my car cannot be within a day, mind you, the day I got the email about the broken window was one day before the car was delivered, all this does not make sense at all. They do not want to take the responsibility for the lost items yet they know exactly what happened to them. One of them said my car was broken into because it’s a brand new car. If they knew that well brand new cars are subjected to being broken into, then why would they allow me to put anything in the car or to even take the risk of shipping them? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED

I really appreciate the team at Abrams! They provided prompt service, were excellent with their communication, and delivered my vehicle right to my home even thou it was a bit out of the way of our original agreed upon location! Thanks!

I recently had my daughter’s car shipped from Los Angeles, California, to Ottawa, Ontario. It was my first experience shipping a car across borders. Abrams made the process seem easy, straightforward and uncomplicated. The Dispatch team was there every step of the way to help me fill the forms and answer all my questions. Special recognition to Scott who was also available outside office hours to help me with a minor hiccup that was resolved expeditiously and professionally. He is always fast to respond and available to help. Finally, I was also impressed by the quick service. Although I was told about 2-3 weeks for the car to be delivered, it arrived to destination in 12 days. Would definitely recommend Abrams to family and friends.

Abrams transported our truck to Florida in 2020 & did an amazing job. The agents gave clear & friendly advice so I could easily complete the Customs declarations. The company gave updates along the way, the driver called the night before delivery, and was he arrived earlier then expected. Excellent company and a wonderful experience. Our vehicle was picked up on Wednesday the 17th. Arrived in Dunedin Saturday around 2PM. Paul was the driver, professional, and pleasant. Very happy with the service.

This company is totally awesome. I did not have a lot of time to get my car to Florida. I dropped my car off on Monday, they said 10 days, I landed at Palm beach airport, and my car was there before I landed! They dropped the car to my friends house as I was not sure the car would make it on time. But they exceeded my expectation and it was there before I got there and was able to drive home to Port ST Lucie and saved the cab ride. I will always use these guys. Office staff is friendly too, love Melanie!

Awesome service. This was our first time ever transporting our vehicle by truck over the border, so it was nerve racking. But Abram’s stepped right up and took all of that stress away, the day of our flight we called to try and find out where the car was and dispatch told us approximately where it was and we left it at that. But later on in the day the driver actually called and told us exactly where he was and when he would be rolling in to our house, sure enough to the minute. Awesome service, will become a habit for us.

We were unable to drive our car to Florida for the winter due to Covid-19 so we contracted Abrams Transport to bring it down on a car hauling rig. The car arrived in less than 4 days and was in perfect condition. The driver (Nathan) was polite and cheerful and very accommodating on the pick up and drop off times.
We were so happy with the whole process that we have decided to do it again next year and probably every year going forward.

A big thanks to Abrams for getting my car safely from Vaughan to Florida in 2 days. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday, it was on the truck Thursday afternoon and arrived at my place in Florida on Friday night. I got to Florida on the Saturday, so it was perfect timing. Everything from the moment we contacted ABRAMS AUTO TRANSPORT was Fantastic! We spoke to a couple of different people in their Dispatch Team and they were always friendly and professional. The car was picked up promptly on the scheduled date and we were given a possible 2 dates it might arrive (in case of snowstorms, etc.). We hoped it might be the 1st day instead of the 2nd choice as it was my husband's birthday so we wanted to go to one of the Disney parks that 2nd day. They made it on the 1st available date and Peter, the driver was Wonderful - such a great sense of humour and he called the day before he arrived and twice on the arrival date to keep us updated. As the property is so huge (Walt Disney World i.e.) it's difficult to find your way around and he managed to get to us exactly when he planned. Extremely disappointed at how Abrams Auto Transport has treated my wife's Porsche Cayenne!

Our car was picked up by an Abrams driver from our Oakville home and transported to their office in Vaughan (65km drive). Prior to them picking up the vehicle, the car had a service done and everything was checked to be perfect (photos were taken & the car is at 13000mi, basically new).

When the car arrived in our house in Florida we took it for a drive and a "Chassis System Failure" popped up on the dashboard. We took it to a Porsche dealership and they said that there was something broken in the chassis and there were animal ruins and blood all over the bottom of the car. They said that a piece was broken from a collision with an animal. We have never hit an animal ever! Also, why would the "chassis failure" come up just now and why not while Abrams was driving the car for over 100kms? They obviously hit an animal on their transport and damaged our car.

We contacted Abrams and they denied this truth and said that they can't do anything. Also, their driver called us (the driver is not allowed to call customers!) and said that he would be the one that would be taking on the damage (financial) if we claimed this damage. He also said that he drove the car multiple times during the transport! This means that he took the car our for joy rides in the cities that the truck stopped! He most likely hit an animal on one of his joy rides with our car. Apparently, Abrams has "insurance" but they would not cover anything and they are denying the damages!

We are very upset at how we got treated at Abrams. They damaged our car, took it on joy rides, and still they would not cover anything.even though they have insurance. Very disappointing!

Abrams Auto delivered our car on Tuesday after picking it up in Windsor last Thursday. Co-ordinated delivery through our friend here in Lakeland. I am most impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Price and service at the top of the list and they are best in price of those we researched and absolutely nothing sacrificed in service.

Thanks for getting my car safely from Toronto to Florida! These guys answered all my questions, helped me figure out how to get the right paperwork to send my car across, and put up with my daily calls while it was getting shipped.

It was a bit scary for us to ship our car from Cobourg to Florida. We’re not wealthy retirees, but we were determined to spend the winter season in our southern home despite the pandemic. Since we had to fly and we needed a vehicle, shipping the car made sense. I cannot say how highly we would recommend Abrams to do the job. Their employees were very knowledgeable and promptly answered all of our questions. They were all friendly and easy to talk to. The car was picked up and delivered, door-to-door, just as promised. Our vehicle is only a few months old and arrived exactly as it was sent. We couldn’t be more pleased. I wouldn’t say the job was inexpensive, but they were very competitive in their pricing and I believe it was worth it for our peace of mind.

My mom had to leave her car in Florida due to COVID back in March 2020. Heard about Abrams from Snowbird associate, thank goodness! Every time I contacted them with a question I was able to get right through to a person for answer. All follow ups were timely. Car returned in great condition. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional and provided great information. I’ve never made this type of arrangement and they walked me through the whole thing. They made it SO EASY. I got a few quotes from other transport companies in fall and put off the whole thing b/c I was so discouraged; much higher rates, less responsive and questionable payment methods. I highly recommend Abrams.

Due to Covid, had to fly south. First time shipping car across the border. The process was very smooth with lots of assistance from Abram's staff to organize the paperwork. Car was delivered in six days. Drivers kept us informed as to arrival time and were very courteous. Awesome job!

We wanted to avoid isolation during the winter in our rural home in Ontario without seeing family and friends. Also in January 2018 I fell and broke my foot, so avoiding ice and snow this year was very important. Abrams came to north of Peterborough to pick up our car on our preferred date, and delivered our vehicle to our winter home in Cape Coral Florida as arranged. The driver called us the day before delivery to let us know where he was, and again on the morning of delivery date to update a more exact time in the afternoon.
Shipping a vehicle is expensive but Abrams were competitive in their pricing. Also they allowed us to pack 2 suitcases of belongings and 2 golf bags in our car. Some companies don't allow anything packed into the car.
All contact with staff (drivers and within the office) were prompt, polite and professional whether by email, phone or in person. We are very pleased with the service provided by Abrams Auto Transport and have recommended them to our friends.
