We got a vacation package from RBC Avion Travel with flight tickets and hotel included for 4 days 3 nights in Cancun. When we got to the airport from Toronto Pearson Airport, our flight got cancelled just 4 mins before boarding time (we'd received several emails regarding this flight was delayed before this incident). It took them hours to announce everyone that the next flight to Mexico wouldn’t be available until tomorrow evening (the supervisor wasn’t even sure if the next flight were to be delayed or cancelled or not). Without wanting to waste our time in Cancun, we refused to take the next flight and bought another flight ticket from another airline since we wouldn’t want to be losing 1 night of our stay at the hotel.

Then, after our stay in Cancun, we got to Cancun airport to return home, we were shocked to find they also cancelled our returning tickets without our consent or an informing email at all. We filed for a refund since September and our case is still pending since it's "Holiday season" even when we asked for a refund 3 months ago.

Also the customer service was rude and unprofessional.

Although I like Aeroméxico and most of my trips are made on this line, on this occasion I rate them with three stars because at the time of registration the staff was bad and I received bad treatment.

Can I please get my luggage back.its been almost 3 months since I returned from my time away in Costa Rica and took your airline to return to Toronto from San Jose.you forced me to check my carry on luggage as I recall and now its been almost 3 months and you have not returned my luggage to me or fairly monetarily compensated me. You have not replied to my friend's inquiries, who is my friend who booked our return to Toronto through #AEROMEXICO about the missing luggage in weeks as I understand. You have not sent the "new" email, as I understand, that you told me last night you would, for us to explain what happened in reply etc again, even though we have already explained more than once what happened.you keep asking me to rate for as I understand your internal data collection your service. Will you find the luggage you lost of mine and return it to me by May 22nd, 2023 or will you send me fair monetary compensation by May 22nd, 2023? I am in the midst of planning my summer trip to Greece and need to know if I should buy new luggage, new swim wear etc. I have messaged you through WhatsApp where I have been told to and Your Facebook Page #AEROMEXICO and we have already been in email contact with you. The #AEROMEXICO lost luggage case file number for my luggage is 03114380.kindly update me within 24 hours #AEROMEXICO

How to describe Aeromexico? It is the most detestable thing that exists, it is an airline that charges very expensive, for the poor service it offers, my trip started badly since they charged me more for a seat with a “window” when I did not have one, yes, it did not have a window, Then they cancel the flight without giving any explanation, nor is there anyone to assist you, they left me stranded at the Toronto airport, in another country, with snowfall, cold, it was worth it, they did not support me with hotel service, transportation and food, I was at the airport trying to find someone from Aeroméxico from 10 in the morning until 8 at night, they never showed their face for this outrageous thing they did, I had to leave the Toronto airport because some police officers were already asking me what was offered to me, I tried to explain my situation to them but no one could help me (the airport workers were more worried about me than the people in my own country) but this does not end there, the aforementioned airline changes my flight and It automatically misses my connecting flight, which also left me stranded in Mexico City, to which I had to buy another flight with another airline, because I was not planning to buy again with this disgusting airline. It is worth mentioning that I had a pending flight for Sunday with Vivaaerobus, a flight that I missed thanks to Aeroméxico. I missed two flights, I lost money on hotel, food, transportation and because of an airline of a category that is in ruins, be careful! But let's not just talk about the airline at the counter. Let's also talk about the wonderful help you can have with their customer service on the phones, they are disgusting, useless staff, the only thing they know how to say; I don't know what's going on and I can't help you with that, all of Aeroméxico is disgusting, NEVER IN YOUR LIFE BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE, it's a disgusting airline, my life was in danger at the Toronto airport, it was very cold and I risked that the police pointed me out as a suspect of something since I was going round and round trying to find someone to help me, I would give this airline 0 stars, they are not professional at all and their prices are excessively expensive for what you expect.offer

Aeromexico change my connecting flight to give me a 21h stopover and then refused to work with me to find an equitable solution. You take a big risk dealing with them

They rerouted our flight to another Canadian city on the account of fog. The airline made us wait for 3 hours on the plane before telling us to disembark in montreal when our final destination was Toronto. The moment we got off the flight the crew members just left us and told us to figure out with Aeromexico when we can fly to Toronto. What disgusting service!
