We had an issue with a toilet purchased at Amati 4 years ago. I had inadvertently broke off to posts of the flushing mechanism.

Called for assistance, sent pictures and then no questions asked was told to bring in the broken peice. They fixed on the spot.

Excellent service and truly stand behind their products!

This place is terrible. I called to verify stock in their website as I wanted to place an order in items. The sales rep who picked up the phone was very rude and said if I want help I should come to store as he is not willing to help on the phone and he don’t have time to check if items are in stock.

Ordered a part and went to pick up. Weirdly snobby vibe from staff. Guy behind the counter told me to "wait" while he ate food from a plastic container with a fork. After several minutes, I guess he was done eating (in front of me, while I watched), he went to get my part. I paid and left. Make of this experience what you will. I don't intend to go back.

Excellent customer service! Show room has a lot of variety of items and finishes of any kind if you are thinking on redoing your whole bath & kitchen, and their sales people are really knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommend getting all your fixtures from them:)

Just visited their showroom and was so impressed by their selection and customer service. Farinaz was amazing and the warehouse employees thankfully helped us get out item last minute. All around great experience.

Amati was great from A to Z.
Vast and beautiful selection. I was to remodel my bathroom. Ended up also minor remodel my kitchen. Sales was professional and knowledgeable. Had all my items delivered by their team. I would recommend amati to friends and family. Thank you amati
