Anytime Fitness

I love this gym. Not only are the staff (shout out to you, Lucy) and members friendly and supportive, but the gym is clean, well equipped and generally not busy. I also love using all the other AFs in the world (!) for free as part of my membership (although this location is my favourite)!

My experience in this gmy is fantastic.
The reason I'm here is because lucy help me a lot.
In the beginning I wait for response of the gmy and anyone tell me nothing.
But lucy call me and tell me she give training free to see If I liked.
I accept and I loved the way she explained she is amazing person.
This gmy have wonderful people
I feel very good in this gmy.
I know have more gmy cheaper but lucy is in this gmy if a need some information she help me.
I feel in home and more stronger and I want to continue here.
And you have the key you can came the time you want.

I joined Anytime Fitness in Brantford during Covid and have been to this location as well. The gym is clean and the staff are really welcoming and friendly. The equipment is well-kept and I'm never concerned about one not being available - I love that it has a chill vibe and would highly recommend!

Lucy has been an amazing new addition to Anytime Fitness!
She is like a beam of sunshine.
Always positive and happy. Always on the move cleaning and keeping things running in tip top shape.
We are lucky to have her!

Place is kept clean thanks to the fantastic staff, especially Lucy who is always welcoming when you walk in the building!

I transferred from a different AF because of this location. Elyra is always so welcoming, and keeps the gym so clean and comfortable. Plus all the windows are so nice, making the gym so bright!

Great staff and gym-goers. The only reason for less than 5 stars is the place is falling into disrepair. Multiple washrooms are always out of order and lights are burnt out everywhere. The overhead lights in the studio haven't worked at all this year. This is not acceptable for a gym that charges premium ($60/month) fees.

This place is a SCAM. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The bills they charge are EVERYWHERE AND sometimes charge 50$ more! Me and my husband are both signed up and last month they charged us 149$! They break it up into 2 random payments so you don’t notice. Trying to get refund.

THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR CARD. The service is awful are not transparent about a lot of their policies. THEY INCREASED THEIR PRICE AND I HAD NO IDEA! You will be in for many shocks AFTER you sign up and your card is gone for good because they will never stop takingyour money and simply let you getout easily. My friend and I had the most awful experience.

The WORST NIGHTMARE! I canceled memebership with them but they still keep charging me for months.even though i told them to stop charging me, my contract is done and provide my refund and there shouldn't be any more charges THEY STILL ARE CHARGING AND NO ONE RESPONDS THE PHONE OR ENAILS and I had to go there still nothing!

I WILL WARN ALL TO BE CAREFUL TO SIGN UP BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR MONTHS NOW AFTER CANCELLATION! NO REFUND NO RESPONSE! Clearly bad reviews are more and the good reviews are BOUGHT and FAKE.because they haven't paid my money back and they are the least competent Fitness centre I have used and I have used quite a few over the years and all of them were so good, I REGRET SIGNING UP HERE JUST CAUSE I WAS CLOSER TO THE AREA.

Great gym, never too busy, being able to go anytime removes the mental barrier I had of actually going. Seeing good progress

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness Galt for almost 6 months now and I have nothing but good things to say about the gym. The equipment is plentiful and in great condition, the gym is always clean and the staff have all been kind and helpful. I enjoy every visit to the gym. AF Galt has really helped me on my fitness journey.

Been trying to cancel my membership for the last two years. It's been nothing but a nightmare. Don't join this place

Awesome facility super clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Been a member for a few years and will stay a member for many more. Keep up the great work!
