Great place for sport & recreation. Lots of activities to choose from and an on site restaurant.

Too small area for gym. Only cardio machines are more but no machines and proper space for bodybuilding.

Glória my trainer understands my weaknesses and has been strength training me and coaching me in this regard. I highly recommend her services. She also does great dynamic stretching which alleviates aches and pains.
