Upon arrival the team made me feel comfortable and welcome! They took the time to listen to my wants and personal stories! They quickly set up a appointment with a training coach and help me start my journey to physical and mental health! The gym it's self is spotless and set up in such a way it flows naturally! Tuesday professionals

Vanessa pushes me to achieve my goals, while also making sure I'm careful, and do things correctly to get the best results possible! She is supportive, informative, and caring.

Christians and his team are fantastic, They are always so welcoming and positive around the gym.

This is a great gym and I’ve loved being here. It’s clean, spacious, and not overly busy. The staff are really awesome and supportive! Christian gives good energy to me and he does a great job keeping the floors, mirrors, and the equipment clean.

I train with an amazing trainer, Vanessa. She’s encouraging and very knowledgeable. She always pays attention to my form and tells me what corrections I should make, which has allowed me to significantly improve.

I’m happy I came here, and I highly recommend this gym!

Visiting from another province I was looking to get a workout in. I found that Christian and staff at Anytime Fitness in Dundas was the most helpful and friendliest. Good variety of equipment and good vibes at this location. Will definitely come back when in town again!
