Horrible experience. They were contracted by Wayfair to deliver a sofa to my apartment. They wanted to just drop it off outside on the sidewalk and expect a disabled person to bring the 55kg box up themselves. Luckily someone else helped me. If they can’t deliver to door, they shouldn’t be delivering consumer level goods.

Just received a delivery from a driver that parked blocking my bay door and therefore the forklift needed to unload the truck. When I said he needed to move, I got big attitude and he walked away before I could explain to him he needs to be on flat ground and not the hill he was currently on. So more attitude when he had to move again, not to mention he did it with the truck back completely open and nothing tied down inside. Then he stood in the back completely unsure of which pallet was mine, he had no idea what he was doing and didn't care. I told him I didn't think he was being professional and got even more attitude. He said I should be wearing a mask, EVEN THOUGH WE'RE OUTSIDE and he has no idea whether I have an exemption or not. Don't use these guys, they don't care about their quality of work at all.

Do not use this company for your freight! They do not take their jobs seriously, from the bottom up. They damaged our shipment, and when we complained about it, they said tough luck. Refused to even discuss the matter, and came after us for the full amount of freight. DO NOT USE THEM, or you will have damaged goods.
