Aqua Bay Pool and Spa Ltd.

Bought our first ever Hot Tub and dealings with them during the purchase was fine, no real issues. But now that they have our money, their tune has changed. Being newbies, we have questions and concerns about things that the tub is doing. They always looked annoyed when we go in and ask and it is like they either dont know the answers or they just dont care. Would never recommend them to anyone.

Everytime I go into Aqua Bay, the service is impeccable!
The prices are below anywhere else for pool, spa and high end BBQs.

I have been dealing with AquaBay for five years now ever since we got our above ground pool. I buy all my chemicals there, get my water, tested, pool toys, and equipment.

ALWAYS such friendly service. Everything seems a bit cheaper than the other 2-3 major pool places

The worst customer service even dealing with the boss. Waited for a month for a liner quote with no call backs.voice mail is always full. Not your store if you expect resonable results!

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service.
Tried to get advice for a SMALL pool. Seems like that person either had NO clue or didn't care to pay attention.and then WALKED AWAY while we're trying to understand what products to get and how to use them.
Never. Ever. Ever. Again.

Update: I then made my way to a different store and was advised I absolutely did NOT need any of the things the employee at Aqua Bay nonchalantly picked up and told me I needed.

Worst experience ever! Numerous calls with no return calls. Missed appointments, showed up unprepared with appropriate servicing parts. When we finally, after more than three months trying to work with these people, went to their store. Upon arrival we were told getting a bill for services would take two hours, however on insistence they eventually produced a bill. Stay away

As a long time customer, I went in last week with a huge "mustard algae" problem. They set me up perfectly. 3 day later, as they foretold, issue gone. 5 stars.

My husband and I won't go anywhere else! We love the service we get when we walk in the store. Always greeted with a smile and it never ceases to amaze me how much knowledge they have. Always willing to give advice and help even if it means they won't make any money. We've been to a couple other places in the area and Aqua Bay, by far, exceeds expectations. Thank you for being so helpful!

Use to go to aqua bay when it was in the smaller place.since they have taken over the old pioneer place there service is horrible.
I use to put faith in what they told us to do.back in the day the customer service there was amazing.
Over the past 2 years I have noticed a horrible decline in service and have felt they are trying to line their pockets rather than being helpful.
I hadd my water tested this year and was sold 50.00 of chemicals.
I was assured it would correct the problem of cloudy bottom of my pool.
We asked when to put the chemicals in as well as the order so it wouldn't cause further issues (we even had him write it down).
My problem has NEVER gotten better, it only worsened and all the levels are off the chart.we took another sample in and we're told we needed more chemicals.
I spoke up and said how unaccountable their staff was and how unimpressed I was.
Needless to say I won't ever go back their again.
Horrible all around

Horrible customer service. Ordered a safety cover and didn't show up for three years despite frequent calls and dropping in the sales staff kept saying it's on it's way. I had to contact the owner directly to get any kind of service. My family and I use to get all of our chemicals and supplies here but not now. I have heard belleville aquabay is better to deal with.

Great service today. Thought we were going to have to buy new auto chlorinator but young lad was able to fix us up & saved us $$. Thanks!
