Atlantis Fish & Chip

Wonderful little place, with a much larger menu than you'd expect from a fish n chips place. Steak and curry dishes stand out to me as totally unexpected (but welcome) surprises. I ordered the steak, and was impressed by the portion size, price and quality. Very friendly and welcoming owners. VERY generous portions of fries on the side. Prices rival the cheapest fast food, with much better quality. No limitation for menu availability, steak for breakfast or breakfast for dinner are both available. Would definitely recommend, and will be returning.

Went tonight for dinner.
The owners were so friendly and kind. The food came out quick and was fresh and really delicious. We had fish and chips, the fries and sweet potatoes fries were so good.

The new management did not disappoint they are pleasant and certainly care about the food they put out. The prices are very reasonable I got the shrimp and fries which in my opinion were the showstopper with the right amount of crisp and portion size. I am definitely coming back!

One of my new favourite fish and chip spots! The shrimp and chips are amazing. Piping hot and crispy. The coleslaw has cilantro which I’ve never had before but add a nice taste! Very delicious!

Excellent food and service under new ownership. We had the breakfast with fresh-cut home fries, western omlette with fresh ingredients, breakfast sandwich. We finished everything and have finally found a good quality breakfast place in Bolton after almost 3 years. Highly recommended!

Welcoming staff and amazing service. Would definitely recommend everyone to try this place out!

The business is under new ownership. We ordered Haddock and Chip dinners and they were delicious.
The fries are better than they were before, and plenteous. Nice portion of fresh, tasty Haddock in a light, crispy batter. All garnishments included, minus a roll (I'm pretty sure there were rolls involved before?) Coleslaw was refreshing and dressed perfectly.
STILL worth the small hike around that silly fence!

The food itself is quite good.but you basically have to scale a chain-link fence to get to the place. Or park in The Second Worst Parking Lot In Bolton, on the other side of the plaza, and then hike to get to the door.
I mean, you don't exactly have to be Edmund Hillary or Tenzing Norgay to get to the door, but that durned fence is really inconvenient.

I visited the place with my colleagues. We had haddock, halibut, and shrimp with fries and coleslaw. First of all, I want to appreciate the hardworking business runners at the restaurant. Also the prices are reasonable for the portions. We liked the fish very much it could only be crispier. Also there are room for improvement for the shrimp, fries and coleslaw. Overall, I believe it’s 4 out of 5 considering the prices.

Definitely one of my favourite places for breakfast. The proportions are really big for a low price. I’d highly recommend trying some of their new breakfast items!

Amazing tacos… chef is so nice offered extra fries which are amazing. 100% worth it for lunch or breakfast.

In 2 hours that only 3 of us were there as customers at 5: 30pm, we had to ask 3 times for our pre-dinner drinks of 2 coke cans and 1 coffee. Took forever to get our meal. The chips were shoestring type, over-fried to the point of being very brittle, just terrible. The fish was good. While we were there, only 2 customers came in for take-out. Terrible service. Would not recommend this restaurant and will never return.

Just stopped in with my family of 4 for lunch. We have Haddock & Chips and Grilled cheese. It was delicious. New Owners are pleasant, welcoming and doing a great job! I see there is now a breakfast menu so will aim for that next time.

Visited this place today. New management. Ordered halibut and calamari with chips. Fresh cut fries and fish taste was good. Good atmosphere and enjoyed the food. Try it out. You will like it!

The new owner's are wonderful people. The food was fresh and portions were more than ample. We especially liked the fresh fries and creamy coleslaw. We will definitely return! Next time for breakfast

When I 1st started ordering from Atlantis everything was perfect but ever since then its not been so good. I keep asking for fries and fish to be well done but they came mushy. I hate complaining but when you order something in, which doesn't happen often, you want to enjoy it!
