They deliver packages outside of business hours (4: 54am) leaving a note without the package, forcing you to make secondary arrangements. Awful.

It's very bad company don't take a chance with kind of very bad company, bad reviews

Tracking is the worst. One minute it says On Route to Delivery, the next it says at Delivery Branch. Waste tue whole day waiting an no show. Leaning more into unreliable courier service.

After reading comments there is a clear theme of drivers being discurteous/lazy. This gentleman felt it necessary to occupy 6 parking spots in the middle of an open lot outside an extremely high traffic restaurant in downtown Toronto during 6pm dinner rush/rush hour

Applied here 2 mths ago and no answer as of yet. Do not work here. If they can't give you an answer then working there is worse.

Had a delivery today of smal box 6 " x 6" x 6" box of prescription medication. The driver decided to drive in our long driveway with a large truck. Then decided to drive on the lawn to turn around. He had to call a tow truck to pull him out. He was about to drive away when I caught him. An easy solution: park at the road and walk he. The driver has delivered several times before so in not unaware of our long driveway. Now I have hours of work to repair lawn and irrigation system.

Awful experience, had multiple calls to arrange delivery, never showed up when they were supposed to and completely ruined my plans. So unprofessional, assured me multiple times they would deliver on a specified day and just didn’t come. When I called they clearly couldn’t care less. Avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible experience. Delivery delayed nearly 2 months.

Emailing each of their clients to stop using them.

This place is horrible and should be avoided at all costs. Claudius Jackson and the rest of the dispatch staff are incredibly unprofessional.

We have used them a few times at work and they are always an hour or two late for appointments.it can get annoying when all your employees finish their work by 6 30 but have to wait around till like 8 or 9 just because ATS hasn't come to pick up their trailer.

Worked for this company for over 2 years in Ottawa. Lee Hart the general manager lied on my WSIB papers and got caught. He had to pay me 13 months of wages for lying.can't Wait for fraud Court.

I work their as a general labour.
The manager there doesn't pressurize you to work.
And you will have lot of fun while doing your task.
Although there are lot of punjabi workers so an Indian guy feels familiar there.

And also you got lot of problems there if manager kicked you out of work coz there is no bus around you

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable! I have had problems receiving shipments 3 times with ATS. They do not let you know whatsoever if you've missed a package, even though I was home. Ive also called them to reschedule the delivery understanding this happens sometimes. They let me know they would be here between 8am-12pm and I still havent received my package at 1pm. This is very frustrating as this is a recurring problem. I also called them to complain about this and asked to speak to a supervisor and they just hung up the phone. They are not only rude but have no regard for their customers.

Really great! Sometimes packages are missed but they work hard to get them to you and figure it all out.
FYI we love the carrier named Paul. Honestly the sweetest guy, most respectful and polite man ever! Really works hard and we really love when he comes to deliver our packages!

Reckless driver - finished his delivery, nearly rammed into back of a car, at back of Starbucks (Steeles and Bathurst) then continued to pull out into other cars, as if he was driving a public bus or owned the roads. I laugh cos it's a transportation business, you might want to hire better drivers. It bad rep for business.

With little difficulty I find this place. GPS some times does not shows location properly but 99.99% is ok

I have now had the displeasure of receiving a shipment from this company. This is absolutely the least accommodating shipping company I have had to deal with. In the event you have a 9-5 job you are likely not going to receive your package. In the even you need to pick up from their location, I hope you like traffic as they have no ideal central GTA location. Even rerouting the package has been challenging and they can't accommodate a day in advance without challenges and back and forth. If this company is the primary shipment company for something you are buying, please buy elsewhere.
