My first time at Augie Doggy and will definitely be coming back. I was extremely impressed with the wide selection of services and products this store has to offer. The staff are also wonderful! Dawn is very knowledge and helpful, as she recommended products that best suited my dog needs.

I actually only pop in seasonally to get bow ties for my puppy who likes to look dapper in all his potos. They have such a fun collection and Dawn is always so fun and helpful when we go in. She has even called me on occasion when they get new selection in so we can come and update my dapper boy’s wardrobe! Her service is above and beyond and we always look forward to seeing her when we come in.

Brought my dog here for multiple grooms and it has an amazing selection of local products for your dogs and cats! They have always been wonderful everytime ive been and well be coming back for everything for my lil puppy

I have been going to this store for grooming with Natasha for years! From my little shih poo to my big Rottweiler she has always been absolutely amazing and done an incredible job! Owners are friendly and take the time to chat! Love this store!

1st and last time here. Natasha supposedly has 20 yrs experience. For 90.00 didn't do private parts face wasn't trimmed enough. Disappointing.

My first visit to Augie Doggy in Whitby was amazing! I was immediately greeted with a welcoming “hello”. The sales associate was extremely helpful in recommending the food - Now for Large Breed Puppies for my Great Pyrenees Enzo. The store is bright, clean and has a great selection of accessories, treats and toys for all my dog’s needs. Now that I’m a regular customer, it feels like I’m visiting friends who have my dog’s best interests in mind. Thx Augie Doggy for all your help with my big fur baby!

The owner is happy, friendly and informative. They have a lot of Canadian products. The best part is, it is a local business.

It was my first time visiting Augie Doggy today and I was very impressed! The team there was lovely to chat with. The store was impeccably clean (which I know can be hard this time of year with salt and water coming in on the floors all the time!) They had a large selection of dog coats, sweaters, harnesses and leashes as well as lots of high quality and niche toys. They had lots of great brands for treats, food and supplies. I had asked about their suggestions for Managing tartar on my dogs teeth and they had many quality suggestions. Decided to try to ‘Tartar Buster’ that they recommended and Winnie was a fan. As a ‘dog mom’ who is obsessed with her dog and making sure she gets the best I can give her, I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks Augie Doggy crew for the great service, see you soon!

Wow! As soon as I walked into this store my experience was wonderful. Augie Doggy is a bright beautiful store filled with incredible product. I loved the unique high quality dog gear they carry. My Morkie looks amazing in his new Hunter winter coat. I talked to a helpful gentleman about my dog’s food allergies. Now I am feeding my dog the Fish Canisource and he is so healthy & happy. Thank you Augie Doggy! We are looking forward to our next visit!

This store is incredible! It has everything you need for your dog. The staff is very knowledgeable and educated about pet nutrition. They were so incredibly helpful- they truly care about the welfare of your dog. I will never shop anywhere else for my dogs!

We’ve been bringing our dog here for a groom and recently upon bringing him home I noticed he was squinting in one eye. After trying to flush it out and giving it a day to see if it would get better it did not. Called the store where they asked Natasha if she noticed anything to which said no. Mind you when I dropped him off there were 2 other dogs she was grooming at the same time and they said she was very busy during this time of year. Fast forward to an expensive vet bill because he actually has a ulcer (slight cut on his eye) which the vet said was the result of hair or shampoo not being washed out of his eye thoroughly and him scratching. Needless to say I would no longer recommend this location for grooming to anyone unless you want to risk having to pay a $450 vet bill which most likely the store would take no ownership of.

A great store that sells quality products and has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

I've been trying to call them for a few days to book an appointment for a nail trim. Each time I call it goes straight to voice-mail.

Don't have many choices of dogs winter clothes and size. Sales were very helpful. Many other selection for dog and cat food and toys.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, who are extremely helpfully. Always able to find unique gifts for pets with allergies.
